Anyone else genuinely disinterested in movies from the last 10 years?
jayg replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
The unbearable weight of massive talent was really good, Imo. The wolf of wall street too but that might be older than 10 years. -
I moved to Virginia when I was 5. I was always amazed at all of the pools I'd see in western NY from the plane and hardly any In Virginia. No pool for me but may get one in the next few years. I still live in VA.

Go Oilers! Canada needs a cup! We all have reasons for disliking other teams but, in general, I've never disliked the Rangers. They are New York and so am I. They've never been a threat to the Sabres unlike the Jets in football . I don't really like the Giants in football but I don't hate them either. I'm from New York but I grew up in Virginia so I'd rather root for other New York teams than anybody else.

Not a huge Rush fan and terrible and names of songs so I had to use the Google. Moving Pictures is my favorite. Witch Hunt is one of my favorite songs, ever, Red Barchetta as well, if you can pronounce it properly. Ha, Italians that know the language will get it. Working Man rings a bell. Really like it. I'd like to take more a of dive into their earlier stuff and probably will some day. I remember hearing the song subdivisions as a kid and thought it was all right but I started listening to different stuff and going in a different direction and they lost me after that.

What's your interest level in the Buffalo Bandits?
jayg replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall
I've lived in Richmond, Virginia since 1975, moved here when I was 5 years old. I still love all Buffalo teams. I don't know much about lacrosse but have fun with indoor and outdoor and actually I prefer indoor. It reminds me more of hockey for obvious reasons but I think outdoor is still way better than soccer. Super happy for Buffalo. The place was packed. They love the team. It's s very exciting.I wish I was there to see it! -

Best wishes, Murph! -
Saw Queens of the Stone Age and Royal Blood in Portmouth on Monday. Both are very good live.

I wish they would get back with Geoff Tate and Chris DeGarmo. I have seen the latest incarnation on YouTube and still sounds pretty good. Now that I think about it I've watched some Geoff Tate recently and he can't do it very well any more. Maybe I saw an off night. Armored Saint! I haven't thought about them in a long time, I'll need to listen again.

Yes! Both Epic. Rob has good nights and average nights. He was amazing last night. At 72 years old it's amazing what he can still do.

Obviously I am biased but i feel just like i did in 1983 , I have a degree in classical music performance. They were amazing ! What's left

I was thinking a little Fred Jackson. Not the greatest athlete but great vision, wiggle and uses his blockers very well.

I watch college football casually and don't know many players. Did he play against anyone good, or did he mop up against scrubs? The numbers and highlights look good but I know nothing!
