    Did a quick Orbitz search and cheapest I found was JFK to Roma for $541 departing Sept 21, out of the DC area the best price was around $800 and around 800 out of RIC as well, usually DC is close to NYC area.

    Actually 505HP, lol, and I've read varying tests of 11.6-11.8 on street tires(but nothing offical yet). Slicks and a few simple mods from 10's on a basically factory car. At $65,000 it's a relative bargain compared to the factory cars its competing with. Mods you say? How about this, TwinTurboVette Only $86,000, not including the actual car!

    Housing is very high. I just ran active listings for Fairfax county. The parameters are active listings since 7/1, ranch or rambler style houses( typically the smallest), with or without basements. Low price is 260k and high is 1.5m( 3,200 sq ft.). Average price is around 500k( around 800-1200 sq ft.).
