  21. I have 3 tickets together section 332 row 35. Unfortunately I will not be able to make the trip from Virginia as my father doesn't have much time left due to cancer. Ticketmaster is charging me and the buyer an additional almost $90 to resell. Not cool. Not looking to make any money. Just want to sell at for what I paid. $210 per ticket. Ticketmaster will allow a transfer. My email is appraisalsva@aol.com. We can use paypal or I'll sign up for whatever people are using now. Please no tire kickers as this is a very difficult time.
  22. Other things to consider are how they reconfigure the parking lot and which way the market is going. Is there a possibility of narrow green area to buffer the house? If so it might help a bit. In a competitive market people often overlook things if there aren't many choices. In a slower market properties with negative surroundings are usually the last to go and/or have lower sales prices. I'm an appraiser.
