I cant think of a team this team is LESS like than 1987. 1987 was loaded with great D talent--and was crushing teams.Smerlas,Smith etc.-That team beat the crap out of people and had Jim Kelly.No one wanted to play the Bills.Most piucked them to go far that next year.No one is gonna pick this team to contend next year.

are no way to build a franchise. I am not putting this on Marv--I think Whitner was an excellent choice as well as Simpson. WE will see what Marv does with the O & D lines over the next couple of years.--And we will have this entire year to evaluate Losman properly(Im not optomistic but I hope my gut feeling is wrong). McGahee is not the problem nor is Evans and the receiving corps. Our linebackers ,D backs and special teams are good. O line D line and QB--phewwwwwwwwww.....Linaert, Cutler,Brees...I hope we didnt blow it.

Anyone who will prevent Theismann from talking even for a few seconds is a plus--no matter the silly combover.

aint gonna happen.we arent ready or good enough to spread their D out. That will be a disaster.They will just tee off on our O line.--which is mediocre to average.

YES..L O L..which is better than JP getting sacked and intercepted .At least if we punt we are using up more clock and hoping our D will hold up and we get a turnover or two. L O L!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..Maybe their offense wont do too much.

Run,run,run,run. Run even if we arent getting first downs. -As soon as JP starts passing as a result of our run failure the rout will be on. -If we get somewhat successful with the run an occasional play action or quick hitter over the middle will be OK. -Lets eat up some clock and keep the game within reach.-A couple of turnovers combined with solid special teams play and a few breaks is our best shot. Neither of our lines is in the same league with the Bears. We should try to minimize that discrepancy.

Dont start comparing JP to Brady in any way..please.

The QB situation in the league as a whole is just awful right now. top 15 means nothing. There are about 2 great QBs,6 good ones...and the rest are average(JP) to mediocre to horrible.

..but the Bills came within an eyelash of blowing a game they controlled again because of ZERO killer instinct / the inability to do anything offensively in the second half of the game,and the general lack of pass pressure/rush when it really counts. Johnson had all day to throw even when we knew he had to throw. JP played well--but he hasnt shown the ability tp put anyone away yet.

Throw the guy out for the season.Pretty simple.

Defensive end and QB are our needs. Yeah yeah---Ryan Denney and Schobel will pile up stats in meaningless games or routs against injured or pathetic teams.

He was very tough---and he weighed about a buck 80!!---extremely accurate passer.

Well--those guys got beat on a lot of quick shorft yardage stuff and quick stuff over the middle last sunday--so they arent of the hook

Of course the bills would be better with Brees. They still would need a real pass rush to be a serious contender. Schobel--the sack gatherer-in meaningless games- doesnt quite cut it

Verry simply--if you have an income there is a good quality of life in either town. Economically Buffalo area is a semi-joke. California is vibrant economically--but the state is highly in debt--and the quality of life isnt as good as people seem to think---traffic jams, crummy crime ridden cities...high cost of living.. Western New York--not so bad a lifestyle.
