Many people on this board have [played/watched carefully football for 20,30, 40 plus years.We know when a QB has a good or a bad game and we understand the nuances and the subtleties of QB play. We dont need simplistic excuses for poor play.--This team is not at all on the right track. We are weak on the O and D lines and weak at QB. We are way way off the right track.--Marv made a decent pick in Whitner and in simpson also---but we let Linaert pass. Perhaps Marv didnt see any D line talent in the draft--and figured we should get what we need...OK--fair enough. But he better work like a maniac the next 2 years to shore up our lines and get the QB situation corrected---or we arent gonna see a top team here in marvs lifetime.

Detroit didnt take Indy down to the wire AT Indy....so while WASH is very much a phony--they are not as big of a phony as CINCY is.

He is a warrior.Longest run 23 yards--so you know he was smashing thru there for 5-10yards on most runs with pure grit.

Not his fault---true. But a better QB with better instincts sees/feels that rush and sidesteps it or throws it away or tucks it and takes the sack. --these little things are why i don think JP makes it in this league

When you build a team from the outside in this is what happens--especially when you have a QB who MAY be a bust. There is no hope for this team for the next five years.

I think the guy is generally right. I think there is hope for Losman--but right now he has a slightly better chance of being a bust than he does of being a success..not because he isnt tough or doesnt have a good arm..but because he has mediocre football instincts--which are most important--especially for a QB.

Well..lol..he could be not even the worst in Bills history and still be pretty close to the worst all time in the NFL.--I think he still ranks below Preston Ridlehuber.

Oh do I wish you were the pittsburgh GM. I would offer you JP for Rothliesburger but you MUST throw in a top O or D lineman--since JP is the better QB.
