  1. He got canned for dying his hair at the age of 60.
  2. SB........but for 100,000 id have to think about it...for 2 seconds----money and run;)
  3. those 225 reps are basically meaningless........didnt we have a big norwegian in here who couldnt play??
  4. Hey with that logic Emmit Smith is the best of all time. Faulk took a few years off early in his career--and i just dont think he was QUITE as superb as the group i mentioned--altho he was superb.
  5. Im a big Faulk fan...but I dont think he is top5...OJ,Jim Brown,Sanders, Sayers,Campbell,Payton,Dickerson were all superior..altho not by too much--to Faulk.
  6. The guy has proven to be a mediocre QB--that should be worth 10s of millions. What a joke. The manning name is what allowed the guy to even play college ball. Nice move giants;)
  7. Hell i coulda wrote that crap.
  8. Our DTs couldnt start on a good Texas or ohio high school FB team. Id consider that pressing. Our mediocre cover corners and our very average feature RB are also concerns. The team as it is has 6-10 written all over it.
  9. He never really did have a good passer. Flutie stayed a great athlete but his arm was going--and was not that great to start with.. He does have a point. Can you imagine the frustration he felt being a great receiver with average to mediocre to horrible QBs throwing to you??
  10. remember warlicks hamburger joint on main?? he was always up there working.
  11. antowain was a decent pick low in the first. MW=TD Willis was low first round and was a good pick.He is a good back-and good enough to be a feature back.So Im not too sure what you are talking about. How do we know that turner can run???Because he had a few good games on a very very strong team??? v1st and 3rd trade must be for a proven star who has carried the load for a few years...or for one of those rare college talents.
  12. JP has had one good half year. He'll play with who he is told to play with and be HAPPPYY about it.
  13. agreed.....1st and 3rd for potential??--kookoo kookooo kookooo
  14. Hey thanks. 1st and 3rd for just potential though?? eeeks scary. hard to pull the trigger if thats the case. Why a first and 3rd??(lol--maybe i dont follow all of this too carefully)
  15. Gore is definitely top 5..He is really really good. But SF doesnt have to pay him. he is stuck.3 yrs is a lifetime for a RB(see Jamal Lewis)
  16. Cookie Gilchrist--remember when i was 6 yrs old i met him at my dads business..He had about 5 women in the car with him at the time...i think it was some big old caddy.
  17. Looks like RB in first round--unless the bills seee a Thurman hiding somewhere. Now the key would be DT and CB. How do we use the 2 and 3..or even next years 3 in combo with free agency. RB,CB,DT...with LB a 4th..-but not sure we have enough ammo to get that need filled if we are lucky enough to get other 3 needs filled properly. HUGE draft...huge F A period.
  18. Preston??? Mr Ridlehuber??? have u ever played RB???
  19. LOL-----altho i think both of their tires have some decent tread on them...but they aint like new.
  20. Hes not a feature back anymore..Cant have him as a #1 carrying the load.
  21. I agree he would be a very good #2 back..Lottsa guys at his age and wear and tear with a lot of skill still can excell as that 2nd option.
