  1. thats all well and good---but the guy makes too many headscratching mistakes. The fans are down on him because they watch the games and have eyes to see. I don't think he is a bad coach...Just mediocre overall.
  2. thats true--show me a 300 yard throwing day and i'll show you the QB of the losing team
  3. i think we are headed in the right direction...next yr we can get more D line & LB help and purge Schobel and Kelsay, I think the O line is gonna be solid. We need TE to stay healthy and also prove himself a bit more this year. If he fails to do either we have to look QB next year-either starter or excellent backup. 1-2 yrs away from being in contention.
  4. no....not on a regular basis...not enough arm strength for that....but if hes in the mid 200s then we should be fine
  5. I think ralph has a good 7 years left. The guy gets around pretty damn well still.
  6. Chiros are very well trained. I know a few of them. These guys are trained to diagnose when there is a more serious medical problem present. And when adjustments aren't the answer they have very good relationships with appropriate MDs and other health pros with which to make recommendations. DOs who do mainly adjustments in their practices are very rare indeed nowadays. If you can find one more power to you. Of course there are kooks and fools in all professions--including DCs DOs and MDs. And I didn't say that DOs weren't trained in manipulation. I Said that they aren't trained as extensively as chiros are because most DO schools are MED schools now. They have other things they train for such as doing surgery and delivering babies etc.
  7. well--sort of-..But my point is that Detroit is not on Lake Erie.Hence it avoided the curse.
  8. very untrue statement. Very few DOs have good training in adjustments anymore. Most DO schools are para MED schools now and most DOs do everything that an MD does including surgery and birthin babies etc. This has greatly diminished their former expertise at spinal adjusting. You don't want someone who 'also' has training in adjustments.
  9. Detroit is enough off of the lake to be free of the curse
  10. hehe--I have T-shirts older than that!
  11. levi sells cartoon ballons
  12. try it and see if it helps....-you will know soon enough--it helped me try to avoid the big offices where they try and rope u into going a zillion times
  13. lottsa fun series........but lets face it...lakers-cavs
  14. took the words out of my mouth...what a brilliant PR move for the Bills even if its just a 'good' footbal move.
  15. Where does that leave us?? I still think we are 1-2 yrs away from being contenders. We still need D line help.We need one player at Strouds level to have a good tough D line. We need a solid LB still. The O line may be in better shape than we think---we may be OK there-depending on Bell etc. We need TE to toughen up physically and toughen up in the red zone.-And being that he is injury prone we need another QB:Either as a verry solid back-up or to push him for the job. We get those things done we are a solid playoff team.
  16. good points..I'd have to agree with you......but Fitz and Hamden as back-ups??? yikes-but then again we had JP last year.
  17. ???.......I'd say the 12th best--but thats still good..Lets get him
