exactly--of COURSE he shoulda run it out...erasing the 2 minute warning and the xtra time out it provides.the mistake was struggling for that extra 2 yds... Sadly Fewell went soft with the 11 point lead.BIG MISTAKE. The rest of his gameplan was solid.I happen to think Fewell is a good coach--but he got Jauronitis the last 5 minutes.

DJ has been at the helm of a staggering amount of bizarre/horrible/mismanaged last few minutes games. It really is remarkable. --And all of those losses-ultimately--were more the result of botched 'little things' than the obvious freak plays.

I agree but Trent should have had the presence of mind to throw the ball away before that first sack.That was a killer. You gotta run a quick play.We only had 20 yds to go with 30+ seconds left and one time out. Gotta sense that rush and just fire it away .Good as a time out.

I think its simple. 1)Fire Jauron and get a proven winner coach in.One who can manage a clock. 2)I love the way Schobel played in game 1-(but even if he can keep playing 'good' ball we still need 2 more attacking/talented players on the front 7). -Thats it. Our last 'in control' coach was Marv.We didn't give away stupid games because he managed the clock beautifully ...made intelligent decisions re: going for 2 and a host of other things.
