I thought the post was very insightful. After spending 120 million on a below average defensive end...its just the kind of thing to happen to the bills.
Very true. However there are a few differences betw the ww2 generation and this generation re; the tattoos. The classic 45 yr old ,blue collar WW2 vet in 1970 in Buffalo had an anchor or 2 and maybe a heart and arrow--and mostly on the upper arm.add the brill creamed slicked back hair ,the bowling type t-shirt or the rolled up sleeves with the pack of cigarettes in it and you had a pretty cool picture.
Todays tatooed person just keeps adding and adding and adding tattoos til their whole body is covered---and they have the whole sleeve of them.Dont think that is too cool.
I do agree that the next gen will probbly have les tattoos though.
Parcells can thank belichek for those SBs. Parcells on his own was a mess in dallas.
But both coaches would get ulcers....and would be doing everything they could to get another QB in there as the starter with Fitzy as the backup.
zero excuses or explanations can be had for a 100 million dollar man. he should be creating constant mayhem.sad.
another horrendous mistake by the buffalo bills.
wonder if the other owners were snickering when they heard about the deal.
dont be jealous--but i saw skynnyrd and stevie ray...Stevie ray was a warm up act for the Moody Fn Blues in 1978 or 81 Im spacing---no one had really heard of them yet----at the aud----They blew everybody away--completely stole the show.-And I was sitting in the 3rd row.
