So much exactly this. Year 1 they let him loose faster than they meant to and let him play loose and free, making mistakes but just seeing what he is at QB. Year 2 is all about making sure he has game management skills and completing a high percentage of passes. Josh was drafted AS A PROJECT and everyone knew that. What we know after 18(?) starts: - he is clutch - he can take over a game with his physical ability - he can (now) manage a game - he can be accurate - he has touch - he is learning to control his impulses - he is a big threat to run Things still in progress: - downfield accuracy - hot-read blitzing reaction Most fan bases would be damn happy to have Josh. I sure am!

My money is that he ends up with Brady.

I thought Jackson was the second worst prospect (ahead of Rosen). He's totally proven me wrong. I don't know if he will be good long-term (meaning, can he stay healthy?) but he's going to win a lot of games. His running ability is other-worldly and that gives his WRs a lot of time to get open.

Ertz will not be easy for the Bills to deal with without Milano. They sucked covering the TE yesterday.

If they can get one of those guys, it would be awesome. I want a WR badly but Von Miller on this D would be really fun.

I would put RT and WR before DE, but agree overall. The Bills should be able to fill a need in the next week without giving up the future. This team is not SB-ready so I think they can save the high picks and try to just upgrade some spots.

That's silly. They dominated who was on the field at the time. You can't ever swap teams from other eras. The '85 Bears D was maybe the best of all time. Criticizing them is like saying Kelly was not a good QB because his completion % is low by today's standards.

He played great and beat a very good team on the road. Ravens have the highest scoring offense in football. Lamar is why. They are going to be hard to beat in a few weeks.

Exactly. I don't think the Bills played poorly, but the Dolphins especially on O, played really well.

Only feels ugly because the Dolphins have played so badly before today. Today they played their best football on O by far, and their D was not really that good...but good enough to force 3FGs when the Bills got to the 20. Every team loves playing for Fitz--that might be their best shot this season coming off the near win alst week under Fitz and starting to almost believe. The only thing I'm concerned about after today is the Bills interior defensive line, which got gashed quite a few times and their pass rush vs a quick release QB.

Fitz was very good but that pick was awful. If they score 7 there, the Bills may lose.

Scary, no. Off, yes. The one to Roberts was worse than the one to (Brown?). But he played very well and was accurate.

The guy that I disagree with most with on that list is Milano. If he wants big money, let him walk. He's great but I have little faith in him completing 16-game seasons. Johnson and McKenzie are "meh" resignings. Shaq is only worth it for a fair contract. Gore I love but again only for the right $$.
