  1. I'm sure that like me, you're all read up on Scotland's emergency coronavirus powers and what this means and didn't just post this for shock value.
  2. VA data, again, in case @Buffalo Timmy didn't read it the other times I posted it. This clearly shows how vaccines don't work after 6 months for most people. Observe the spike in vaccinated individual cases and deaths at about mid August. And let's not forget our brethren in England and their giant death spike.
  3. I don't blame anyone for measures that didn't work in March 2020. NYC couldn't even deal with the bodies piling up by April. No one had any idea where this was headed. It would have been nice if Trump had been level about that but instead he overpromised every week and refused to say, "Our smartest people are on it and we're figuring it out."
  4. Words have meaning. Especially in science. You said that vaccines don't work for most people after 6 months. What that study shows is that vaccine effectiveness for older and compromised people (the initial Israel segment in that study) against disease contraction lessens after 6 months. One is chicken little overreaction (you). One is accurate.
  5. Ooh an Ayn Randian-ism how fun! Collectivism has been entrenched by the Republican and Democratic long before 2021. Wait so you're saying that when almost everyone is vaccinated, almost all the breakthrough cases are among the vaccinated? Go figure. What we are seeing is that older and at risk people (those vaxxed first) have the most likelihood of breakthrough infection. Meanwhile the data everywhere is that vaccines prevent death and hospitalizations at an extremely high rate compared to unvaccinated. There's not a single data point that says otherwise. None, zero, nada. The VA data shows this in the extreme. I have posted it many times but unlike you, I don't regurgitate it every day. I'm glad she's doing fine. ***** you: Get vaccinated and don't burden the health care system during a pandemic. Or don't burden the health care system during a pandemic and just die at home.
  6. Dummy show me the hospitalization and death stats for vaccinated mirroring those for unvaccinated. That would back your statement that the vaccine doesn’t work after 6 months. I’m still waiting.
  7. Nope. Read what you said. No one is saying the vaccine doesn’t work after 6 months in most cases. No one. Or it’s a novel virus with a new vaccine and we can’t know all the answers. Ya know. Science. Only faith is written in stone.
  8. You did link to those but you did not show your panicked chicken little "most cases the vaccine doesn't work after 6 months" Not if they are reading this forum, no. And I wish they'd stay home and die and not spread it and burden our health care system. That's your promise right? There are of course breakthroughs when 70% of eligible people are vaccinated. That's a shitload of people. 10% of those people getting breakthrough is still millions of breakthrough cases...and the other 90% is hundreds of millions protected. Remember: A good vaccine before this was 60-65% effective. This one is amazingly effective.
  9. Hey you got something right!
  10. Your data proves the point of how well the vaccines work. And now do hospitalizations and deaths for the vaccinated. I'll be waiting. I'm sorry, are you still not backing up your statement that in most cases the vaccine doesn't work after 6 months?
  11. Another guy with the six months of protection line. You guys getting this from newsmax? The Trump blog?
  12. If he had lingering Covid stuff, McD would not have called him out.. If he came in fat and out of shape, McD calls him out. It's the later. Guaranteed.
  13. Typo but I'm still waiting for you on this: “Of course we now know the vaccines are not lasting more than 6 months in most cases.” I'll stop asking for you to support it since you failed so miserably the last 3 times I asked.
  14. Jesus your posts are terribly ill-informed. It would take a while to deconstruct all of the things that you've said that are wrong here. I will pass but advise people to talk to their doctor, who might be more informed, than you. In other news, this is good data. Thank you vaccines, or as Bakin may call them, "therapeutics."
  15. Carrying a high viral content in your nasal cavity is not the same as transmitting, and even the viral load in the nasal cavity drops faster in those who are vaccinated. Moreover that study in the CDC did not differentiate between live and dead virus--this was just viral load. Vaccines reduce virus shedding time, symptomatic infection and the presence of immune response generated by the vaccine suppresses the amount of viable virus. The viral load study is a woefully incomplete data point.
  16. I already did. Nothing you linked supports, “Of course we now know the vaccines are not lasting more than 6 months in most cases.” What we know is that vaccines are providing robust immune support at least 18 months into the testing for almost all cases except for those whose immunity is compromised. But you keep chicken-little-ing. It hurts to be here, doesn't it?
  17. This started with your statement, “Of course we now know the vaccines are not lasting more than 6 months in most cases.” I said that was BS because it is. You cited articles that didn’t back that up or have been corrected, so I called BS again, and your response to that is, “Old people are dying of Covid,” which is true but about as relevant as me saying “Josh Allen wears number 17.” Try to keep up.
  18. That is a complete and utter evasion of the nonsense I responded to. Smart to totally change topics for your sake! The smug northern states are just behind the curve. Buckle up buttercup.
  19. The Israel data got corrected so that link is bunk. The booster so far is for…people with…wait for it….severely immuno compromised systems. Oh and your pre print Pfizer data on 23(!) people is about titers. Waning is not “vaccines don’t last after 6 months.” And titers that wane mean next to nothing for the body to mount an immune response, which is why ALL studies have shown that so far, excepting immunity compromised people, vaccines remain robustly effective for all studied participants since they started studying patients. You seem like a really well read science guy so I’m sure you’ve read the peer reviewed journal articles, right?
  20. You’re the farmer spraying Gatorade on the crops.
  21. It uhh is the first thing you see when you click the story. It’s before the first line. So there’s that. The study was of children under 3 experiencing substantial learning g delays compared to pre Covid children. The headline only mentioned 18 month old developmental delays. Lockdowns ***** up kids. No ***** Sherlock.
  22. An online non profit “paper” made an error that it corrected within an hour? OUTRAGE!!!!
  23. “Of course we now know the vaccines are not lasting more than 6 months in most cases.” Patently false statement. Your mirror is actually the lowest.
  24. Read the article. The headline sucks, though the testing method makes sense and they looked at kids up to about 3.
