We are 18 months into understanding it, which is nothing. And we are using a new vaccine for about 10 months now. Surprisingly, we can't predict all outcomes with total accuracy. Not that you're all that interested in accuracy.

HCQ has shown zero effect on Covid. I am not obsessed with it. I just see the parallels with Ivermectin. People believing internet rumor and not any studies or data. All those early un-credible Berenson studies didn't bear fruit at all. And outside of people with very specific medical conditions, very few people take it weekly. I've taken it because I travel to India but that is for limited duration and I had to stop because it started messing with me in one of its more common dangerous side effects. Your mask reduces transmission. Every mask reduces transmission. That's not theater, it's a fact. What is more dubious is at what point and for how long that's effective. On top of that, a properly fitting N95 protects both parties. I believe all of what I said in this paragraph to be well-backed by science but I also don't think kids should wear masks (limited risk vs reward) in schools. Kids are not at risk. No symptoms, be in school. Symptoms, stay home. BTW, vaccines work in most cases, even after 6 months.

I am surprised all the unvaccinated are dying. I thought hydrochloroquine was keeping them safe. Masks are more than theater. They reduce transmission of course. Policies didn't work tough. I'm like you. Don't mask anywhere unless required or requested by a business. I will likely N95 at Bills games just because I spend a lot of time taking care of elderly relatives and that's a high transmission setting

Look at the above graph that is up to date from just a week ago. Israel wants more but it is doubtful it needs more. Their severe hospitalizations and deaths are among unvaccinated. Just like here. ***** that. I want all 9 of them and 2 playoff wins.

Guys like you and Big Blitz who do the chicken little about the vaccines like to bring up Israel (but not Denmark and Iceland I notice). So sure let's do Israel: Tell me again how the vaccine works for a limited time and how ineffective it is. I doubt you're brave enough to do the correlational review of Iceland and Denmark. I'll repeat my point: If only the vaccinated were in the hospitals, this would be behind us.

If everyone was vaccinated, barely anyone would be in the hospitals. Deaths would not be above pandemic thresholds. And we wouldn’t be masking (in schools FFS) or even testing except in medical settings and maybe with the most vulnerable. It’s not that hard to understand. It’s not a conspiracy of control. We just have overwhelmed hospitals and medical care. I am living my life without restrictions right now. I hope to continue but suspect the unvaccinated will be filling northeastern hospitals soon and our ***** governors will react. Much of this is wrong. And has been proven so many times. The vaccine “limited time” narrative is hugely overblown right now. It remains the best defense because you don’t get Covid and spread it for a longer time to get that immunity.

Checking to see if I care what you think...nope. If you rushed here to write a post questioning the death of a kid to score political points, I'd call you a piece of ***** too. I've not worn a mask except at a doctor since April or May. In fact last time I went to the doctor, I was in the door before I realized I forgot a mask and had to go back to my car. I don't even think about it. And I live in the oppressed northeast the Blitz is so terrified of. Though I am moving my daughter into her dorm this weekend and we have to mask indoors, which is very annoying.

You said some time ago that you didn't but maybe you wised up. I doubt it but it's possible. You want people to exercise freedom to not get vaccinated, and they can. Just be tough enough to die at home and don't accept any non-FDA approved treatments. It's a choice, right?

You need school ID as well (scanned and emailed). Not hard to fake obviously but that's all you have to do. My daughter has the ticket at college for Bills games. The day the DirecTV monopoly ends will be a good day. I qualify for Sunday Ticket over the Internet because trees block our view of the satellites thankfully. But convincing DirecTV of that was a massive pain in the ass.
