Dingdong, in August when you said the vaccine doesn't work for most people beyond 6 months, you were wrong. Then you admitted you were wrong (which you were because the data did not support your statement). Now you are saying you weren't wrong because later data shows vaccines have waning effectiveness. Which time are you wrong again? I'm losing track.

You still don’t get it. “The vaccine doesn’t work after 6 months for most people” STILL isn’t true. In science, you base your conclusions on the evidence at hand, not some supernatural instinct. You were wrong when you said it. You remain wrong. If the evidence eventually shows that the vaccine doesn’t work for most people after 6 months, you’re the proverbial blind squirrel. And guess what…boosters renew the effectiveness. So just get boosted.

You didn’t understand it in August and you’ve been an anti-vax apologist since. There is waning immunity from the vaccine, much higher for those at higher risk. That’s a proven fact—now. And yet it’s still the best tool we have to fight COVID. Get vaccinated. Get boosted. Big Blitz can now attack the idea of boosters some more. You can too.

Losing effectiveness over time is not what you said dingdong. Vaccines remain effective. And boosters give added efficacy. And guess what: your statement, “Of course we now know the vaccines are not lasting more than 6 months in most cases” is still wrong. But you can't admit it.

Because it’s inescapable, I’ll chime in. I don’t care. He’s an adult. He made a decision that I definitely don’t advise but whatever. He now pays the consequences. Graphene oxide? Jesus you people fall for everything. Every year there are novel viruses you say. Out of curiosity, how many of those cause 5 million deaths in 2 years? 2 years in existence does indeed make it novel. But you knew that. Maybe I shouldn’t give you credit.

Is there something about "novel" coronavirus that eludes people. The goalposts sometimes move because we are dealing with newish things. And DeSantis is more focused on fighting mandates than saving lives promoting vaccines. That's half leadership and misses a pretty vital half. Being the number one state in deaths when we had a vaccine is a dubious leader board to be atop.
