  1. My magic eight ball is suffering from multiple personality disorder. Can't get a read. I think Bills may like Allen, but I personally like Mayfield.
  2. Now instead of being distracted by which qb the Bills should try and get, I am distracted by Kay Adams . . .
  3. If they are really enamored with a qb and he doesn't go 1 to Cleveland, I think they are going to spend a lot to get 2. I'm not arguing good or bad, this is what I think they will do. I think they may like Allen more than most on this board do. To me, the middle path is a smaller trade up after five to grab one of the top four if available.
  4. I can defer hope, I'm used to it. Not that the lottery gods are ever kind to Buffalo, but I want whatever edge I can get to improve a chance at Dahlin.
  5. Could be wrong, but I thought I read or heard that he got taller and put on weight after high school.
  6. I kinda think getting the guy he wants and sensible price are not going to be compatible, but let's hope so.
  7. Titans select Tim Settle DT Virginia Tech
  8. I'm not a Rudolph fan and I like Mayfield, so we are at odds there. I watch UGA a lot; really like Roquan. I'd rather take a chance on Jackson at 22.
  9. This seems quite plausible to me, though I have heard some suggestions the Chargers might be a surprise team looking for qb. I think that's somewhat unlikely, but I don't really know. You have a stricter criteria than I do. I'm not knocking it, I just hope a little more. I don't think it's impossible that Allen might turn out well, for instance. That said, I would prefer Mayfield, Darnold, or Rosen. Unless someone goes for Allen, you probably have to jump to 4 - 6 to grab the remaining one of the big three . . . or maybe that fella falls a bit. I'd be nervous risking that.
  10. If Bills stick at twelve, how many qbs go before them? Two is minimum. Some folks foresee a run on qb.
  11. One of the really regrettable aspects of the internet and ESPN etc. is the constant infiltration of politics into sports. I liked the Neanderthal days when sports was mainly a world into itself. I don't happen to agree with Rosen's ideology and I am worried about injury issues. Still think he could be a very good qb. Personally, I'd rather have a good qb who I disagree with on politics than a fella I like who can't play.
  12. Interesting. I"m having a gloomy day. Maybe there's some hope here.
  13. Rosen makes sense to me. I just hope he falls a bit, because I am no longer confident we can get into the top four.
  14. I am just going by Spidey sense and mine could be way off. I think they like Darnold and Allen. I hope they like Rosen and Mayfield, as well. I'm starting to feel we might get locked out of a trade-up. Pretty sure the 2019 1st will be necessary if anything is pulled off.
  15. Who knows, but this is a plausible narrative. I don't like Rudolph and will be disappointed if this is how it plays out. I'd rather take a chance on Jackson. I think we want Darnold or Allen, just a guess, but neither is going to be available.
  16. I think it's automatically generated if you don't create a specific avatar.
  17. But CB in the first is a Buffalo tradition
  18. I think he was aiming and not throwing naturally. I don't believe his arm is really that weak. He's my fifth choice, but I'm okay with hm if we can't trade up and the only alternative is Rudolph.
  19. I think so too, but if the Gmen are interested in Darnold, they will wait to see who the Browns take and then select Darnold.
