  1. I would rather keep TH as a backup for next season than get a 3rd rounder. I think he would be more valuble to our team than any unproven player.
  2. If we were close to a deal for what would be a starting LT and a swap of second rounders, I would be very surprised if we merely got a 3rd rounder.
  3. My god, I hope you are being sarcastic.
  4. He is very good. Although he missed 4 games last year due to injury - but not serious injury. He would be the starter at RG if we sign him. Leaves Gandy to play LT or backup OL. I would LOVE it happen. It would solidify our O_Line (for the most part)
  5. Well, thats kind of a let down. I wish I still lived in Buffalo....A few offseasons ago (the year we brought in Fletcher) I was working at a restraunt in Williamsville when Modrak(?) came in with Fletcher, Eddie Robinson, and Mike Hollis. I cooked for them, and gave Fletcher the fattest piece of Meatloaf that has ever existed. I like to think I had a part in the great Bills D. I would bake multiple pizzas for DeMulling.
  6. Its on BB.com as well. Would they hype a visit on their website, or this this an indication of an "imminent" signing?
  7. I think that DeMulling is the best guy we can sign. Anyone who was on the O-Line for Payton this past year WILL help our O-Line. GET ER DONE!
  8. Sorry, but you are wrong. "I'm excited about another team being excited about me. I've gotten calls from guys all over the league saying, `Ty, you've got to come here and play. We can win with you.' Lawyer called and said, `You've got to sign here so we can be reunited and do this thing all over again.' " Yet he's saddened that players he's formed such close bonds with no longer will be teammates.
  9. And now lining up for a 44 yarder, a man with a loincloth and a bow and arrow? Think of it - if he has the aim to hunt deer several yards away, just think of his kick accuracy!
  10. He is restricted. My bad. Jay Feely from Atlanta is available. Something there? I know Nugent is something special, but a 2nd round pick? As far as I am concerned, a kicker or punter shouldnt really be drafted. It seems like a waste of a pick for a "specialist" who plays so little.
  11. I agree with you. Even at his age, he is still worth a look to fill a hole for a year. Plus, he used to come into the restraunt I worked at in Williamsville all the time, and he was a class act.
  12. It is not even half way through day 2 of free agency. People need to remember that.
  13. If TD would like to upgrade the position, Reed is available. If he can't decide whether to use his second round pick on Nugent (which I personally think is crazy), this would be a good option. Young, cheap and consistant. Thought?
  14. Actually, the box co he owned was in Tustin, which means it was the same box co that Locke worked for. And for the shoe co that burned down....8 people died. 8 being one of Hurley's "lucky" numbers. What a show!
  15. I was wondering if anyone who plays Madden has ever had an experience with all time records. It seems like they are not saved anywhere on the game. Am I missing something? In the game, Tomlinson and Jamal Lewis both crush Emmit Smith's rushing record, but is it documented anywhere? I have a running back that is coming close to that point, but I cannot seem to find the number I need to surpass. Anyone?
