    I wouldn't be against this, as long as we maintain administrative control over the ports. Americans still overseeing what goes on - outside companies doing all the day-to-day operations, which is what I think Bush was trying to do based on what I saw on CNN today. I would feel the same way whether it was a company in the UAE or in Canada that we were contracting to.

    Not exactly true. You CAN drug test for shrooms in an extremely expensive hair test, but 99.9999999999% of the time its not used. It tests for all Tryptamines (Psilocybin, AMT, DMT, DPT, 5-MeO-DiPT)

    External Hard Drives are extremely good at being backups as long as you use them properly. There is no good way to back this dara up. Perhaps another external hard drive? (lol) Seriously though, people usually buy externals to back their stuff up onto. Backing it up again would sux.

    Yep, AFAIK there is no such thing that governs High School sports, or even Texas sports. UIL is a voluntary program for high schools, not a mandatory governing body.

    In my work with UT Austin, I've run into a lot of UIL stuff. UIL is the University Interscholastic League, and its basically something that meets at different high schools to do competition in many things, not just athletic, for high school students. They use the UT Austin computer systems, which is why I know about it.
