I agree with a lot of what has been said in this thread: - The guy is usually a loon. - The essay isn't exactly the best written. - It is simplistic. However, it is making a point that is one of the fundamental things wrong with the war on drugs, and whom everyone seems to overlook. Sure it might have been nice if it was done more eloquently, or if it was done by someone else. But the message is still the same, and something we overlook when talking about the "War on Drugs".

Gore Vidal has written probably the best essay on drugs I have ever read. I was first introduced to it in high school, when I was 100% against drugs, and was convinced. His arguments are as relevant today as they were back them. From a 1970s NY Times.

Our stable of running backs was incredible all season last year. All of our Offensive players at WR are extremely young, and our running backs are also young.

Yes, because the only factor to a football team's record is the coach. Nothing else effects it besides coaching, so its okay to use their record as a baseline for telling how good they are. Coaching is the only thing that determines whether a team will win or lose a game.
