Sabres Uniform Thread From A While Ago I said this months ago and some didn't believe my sources. Shame on you! To calm some of your fears, they are going back to blue and gold but a more modernized version. So it won't be bright blue and piss yellow like before. It's going to look great! I can't wait to get my #27 Teppo jersey in it!

The Sabres dicked with us for a long time, they said they were going to compete financially. Apparently they meant in a cost-cutting way. There's not that many players left that will fit the Sabres needs and pocketbooks.

Yeah, and Satan sucked too. We've got Joe Schmoe who's a great offensive power in Rochester and defensive stud Yuri Screwovski playing in the Q. They'll replace Satan and Zhitnik easy. If the Sabres kept Zhitnik and Miro I would have been happy because they are better than anything we'll be able to afford. 10 place here we come!

Since Tom really doesn't have to do that much during training camp, I'm hoping he can stop by One Seymour Knox III Drive and help show Darcy how free agency works, or at least how to make the fans and media think you're actually doing some work. Hopefully it's not asking too much.

Dave Andreychuk = Great team player but too old. Nikolai Khabibulin = We don't need him Cory Stillman = The only guy that I can see in a Sabs uni. Pavel Bure = BUM Scott Stevens = Keep dreaming if you think Buffalo will get him, but he's getting to old. Peter Bondra = BUM Alexei Zhamnov = BIG TIME BUM I really wouldn't want any of this guys on the Sabres. Stillman is a less skilled Satan.

My friends and I had this conversation last night in the bar and we concluded the following: a. Holcomb is the best chance for the Bills to win and make the playoffs this season. b. JP scares us, mostly because his abilities are unknown to us. c. JP will have to get hurt or go 2-6 before we see Holcomb. d. JP is TD's guy, and he will die with him before he admits he made a mistake. That being said, I hope we're all wrong. I want JP to kick ass, I'm just afraid that won't happen.

I hate the cell phone law while driving. I, unlike most people I guess, seem to have no problem doing two things at once while driving. I always maintained that if you can't drive and talk then you shouldn't be able to drive and smoke. I'd love to see smoking banned every where, I don't want to breathe that crap, but this is definitely over legislation when it comes to what you do in your own property/car.
