  1. That is very benevolent of you. Otherwise, could you only begin to imagine how upset she would be!
  2. Trust me, I am well aware of the Bills historic blunders. The Jets history is just as bad, if not worse. For instance, Rich Kotite was made Doug Marrone look like Vince Lombardi, and both teams did experience Rex Ryan. The above is just a small sample as you well know. It is now.
  3. I tell my arms they'll hold someone new Another love that will be true But they don't listen, they don't seem to care They reach for her but she's not there And I, go to pieces and I wanna hide Go to pieces and I almost die Every time my baby passes by
  4. They are a historically stupid franchise. Those idiots passed on OT Evan Neal in the 2022 draft, only to opt for a CB from Cincinnatti (of all places) at #4. What made it even worse, the Giants were able to draft Neal. What absolute morons!!!
  5. Lean on me When you're not strong And I'll be your friend I'll help you carry on... For, it won't be long Till I'm gonna need Somebody to lean on You just call on me brother When you need a hand We all need somebody to lean on I just might have a problem, that you'll understand We all need somebody to lean on
  6. Those numbers mean little. They fail to take into account that one first round corner was a trade-up. The other a trade down away from Mahomes.
  7. Not enough, unless you are satisfied with the OL as it stands.
  8. Either way, we need blockers to protect our potential HOF QB. That does seem pretty simple and obvious to me.
  9. It would be absolutely GREAT if both of these guys develop into great players. If this happens, maybe.....just maybe we can forget about corners in the next draft and concentrate on safeties!
  10. It is obviously early, but your analogy isn't so far off imo. 🙂
  11. Every morning there's a halo hangin' From the corner of my girlfriend's four-post bed I know it's not mine but I'll see if I can use it For the weekend or a one-night stand Couldn't understand, how to work it out Once again as predicted Left my broken heart open And you ripped it out
  12. I think that they will increase the suspension to 8 games so the NFL will appear as if they care. Jmo.
  13. Letting the days go by, let the water hold me down Letting the days go by, water flowing underground Into the blue again, after the money's gone Once in a lifetime, water flowing underground Same as it ever was, same as it ever was Same as it ever was, same as it ever was Same as it ever was, same as it ever was Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
  14. Call me up at your place, I can love you crazy In the heat you will understand Danger and excitement, that's what makes a lady Find out what she wants in a man To get off, to get off, to get off, to get off To get off, to get off, to get off, to get, get off
  15. Come doused in mud, soaked in bleach As I want you to be As a trend, as a friend As an old memoria, memoria
  16. I am surprised. I have watched him for many years and he is an excellent player.
  17. One of the best features of this site is the ability to block idiots. Take care and I hope that you feel better down the road.
  18. It sounds like the problem was corrected. The kid won a title and had a better NFL debut than any other rookie QB last season. Why are you being an ass? Any particular reason? Wtf are you talking about? Be careful if you are making accusations.
  19. Great. Go for it! I do however think that I know just a bit more about this kid than you do. No big deal.
  20. OK. You must really know quite a bit about the kid.
  21. He sat for years before he got a chance to start at Alabama and never complained. The premise of the above is silly.
  22. If you ever feel lonesome, when you're down in San Antone Beg, steal or borrow two nickels or a dime, to call me on the phone And I'll meet you at Alamo Mission, where we can say our prayers The Holy Ghost and the Virgin Mother will heal us, as we kneel there
  23. Not me. I have a hunch that they were model citizens, regulars at church, and Rhodes Scholars.
  24. Very interesting choice. Searcy actually won us a couple of games that season, and this is saying something. Very few players actually stepped up and made game winning plays for us back then. He seemed to be a very smart and clutch player. I really expected him to be a coach down the road, whereas he always seemed tro be in the right spot to make plays. Of course, it was pointed out to me by a poster on this board that he was in a good spot to make plays because our system called for this and sadly, he was right. He also said that most of Byrd's interceptions were due to lucky bounces, and he was right about that as well. Again, those were tough times for Bills fans.
  25. The Bills had horrible luck with some of the LBs back in the 90's. Cowart was on his way to a great career before he got hurt. He was an excellent player! In 1995, the Bills had a very good draft (yes, hard to believe). They drafted Damien Covington (3rd round) and John Holecek (5th round). LBs were more important back then and both of these guys were very good players who also had their careers wrecked by injuries. Covington resembled London Fletcher in style and would have had a stellar career imo. I remember watching a game in a sports bar back then in which we were playing Tampa Bay. and pretty much all of the Bills LBs got seriously injured. Tough football times back then.
