  1. When I settle down I want one baby on my mind Forgive and forget And I'll make up for all lost time If she's put together fine and she's readin' my mind (stop) I can't stop (stop) I can't stop myself (stop, stop) Lightning is striking again Lightning is striking again and again and again and again
  2. Great song by extremely talented people. I saw them last year at Jones Beach. Even without Becker they were stunningly great.
  3. Wow. Tua also could have kept the money in his pocket. Instead, he donated a large amount of money to what he deems a worthy cause while you sit at a keyboard criticizing the man, claiming to know his sinister motive for this good deed. Just incredible but make no mistake, it is my fault for being shocked.
  4. Sugar Magnolia blossoms blooming Head's all empty and I don't care Saw my baby down by the river Knew she'd have to come up soon for air Sweet blossom come on under the willow We can have high times if you'll abide We can discover the wonders of nature Rolling in the rushes down by the riverside
  5. The caterpillar sheds his skin to find a butterfly within Caterpillar sheds his skin to find a butterfly within First there is a mountain, then there is no mountain, then there is First there is a mountain, then there is no mountain
  6. I am happy with the top 2 picks. My hope is that next season will be a continuation of getting Josh protections and weapons.
  7. But Josh is running for his life Doc and taking too many dangerous hits.
  8. I can say that they haven't tried hard enough. McDermott drafts DTs, LBs, and DBs galore, and even trades up for them. You are correct. The days of the 86 Bears defense, or the old Raiders secondary are long gone. Players like Jack Tatum and George Atkinson would be arrested today, let alone fined. McDermott fails to recognize this, concentrates on defense, and fails to protect his great, if not generationally talented quarterback. It remains to be seen how long Mr. Pegula will continue to be mesmerized by the "process" sales pitch that McDermott sold him on.
  9. I agree that guard play is not "the reason" but it certainly has factored into the equation. We have a great QB who far too often had to run for his life, and took too many hits. This not only hurt us in terms of getting a ring, Josh getting punished as such is a huge long term detriment to the franchise. It is an offensive league. We all know this. Good guard play is essential for the Bills. I do also agree that a rookie and a journeyman are no real guarantee of improvement, but we had to start somewhere. The amount of resources that McDermott devotes to the defensive side is staggering. I hope that next season he will do the same with offensive linemen and wide receivers.
  10. I just spent sixty days in the jailhouse For the crime of having no dough, no, no Now, here I am, back out on the street For the crime of having nowhere to go Save your neck or save your brother Looks like it's one or the other Oh, you don't know the shape I'm in
  11. And oh, after the love has gone How could you lead me on And not let me stay around? Oh, after the love has gone What used to be right is wrong Can love that's lost be found?
  12. So she took her love For to gaze a while Upon the fields of barley In his arms she fell as her hair came down Among the fields of gold Will you stay with me? Will you be my love? Upon the fields of barley We'll forget the sun in his jealous sky As we lie in fields of gold
  13. They taste pretty damn good at Ted's. 🙂👍
  14. Yes and no. If we get rid of White, you know what that automatically means.
  15. OK but what about the "process?"
  16. Baby says she's mine, you know She tells me all the time, you know She said so I'm in love with her and I feel fine
  17. I caught you knockin' at my cellar door I love you, baby, can I have some more? Ooh, ooh, the damage done I hit the city and I lost my band I watched the needle take another man Gone, gone, the damage done
  18. This is our fork in the road, love's last episode There's nowhere to go, oh no you made the choice And now it's up to me, to bow out gracefully You know you hold the key But baby, whenever you call me, I?ll be there Whenever you want me, I'll be there Whenever you need me, I'll be there I'll be around
  19. This old heart of mine been broke a thousand times Each time you break away, I feel you're goin' to stay Lonely nights that come, memories that go Bringin' you back again, hurting me more and more Maybe it's my mistake to show this love that I feel inside 'Cause each day that passes by You got me never knowing if I'm coming or going 'cause I love you, yes I do (this old heart weeps for you) I love you, this old heart weeps for you (this old heart weeps for you)
  20. I would rather not build my football team around Sauce Gardner. I would prefer a premier QB, LT, or pass rushing DE.
  21. Excellent!!!
  22. I don't know if it was intentional but you left out the guard position. Other than that I like your list quite a bit. My only change would be to remove CB from the first column. I would place it in the bottom of column 2 and the circumstances would have to be extrordinary, to the point of almost non-existant. As usual, jmo.
  23. Ah, people asking questions Lost in confusion Well, I tell them there's no problem Only solutions Well, they shake their heads and they look at me as if I've lost my mind I tell them there's no hurry, I'm just sitting here doing time I'm just sitting here watching the wheels go round and round I really love to watch them roll No longer riding on the merry-go-round I just had to let it go.
  24. I do, but if Saban was hanging it up after the season (perish the thought) I would want Sark to be the next head coach. We also both know that football at the college and pro level is now an offensive sport. Because of all of the rule changes it is next to impossible to build a truly dominant defense. I know that the Crimson Tide 2020 team was loaded on offense (especially WR), but I heard players rave about Sark in interviews. He is that good. Sark did have alcohol issues to be sure, but who else would I want to replace Nick? Perhaps Kiffen? Lane too is an offensive genius but he is crazy lol. The Texas@Alabama game (game 2) will tell me quite a bit about the outlook for this years Alabama team.
  25. Well this job Ive got, is just a little too hard, Running out of money Lord I need more pay. Gonna wake up in the morning Lord, gonna pack my bags I'm gonna beat it on down the line. I'm going down the line, going down the line, Going down the line, going down the line, Going down the line, going down the line, Beat it on down the line.
