PM me if you need support. I will never insult someone for smoking. Many people who do have their own demons. I don't lecture either but you will save a TON of money and your life.

Two or three people, fading in and out, Like a radio station, I'm thinking about but I can't hear. Who gets breakfast? Who gets the lunch? Who gets to be, the boss of this bunch who will steer? Dream. Do you dream? Dreaming. Do you?

Remember, it gets better.

Urges are rare and short lived but do happen every so often. They are not strong anymore. Being around smokers doesn't bother me. I feel sorry for them and feel they are generally victimized.

Cover 1 Ruggs is more than just speed
Bill from NYC replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I disagree. I am by no means positive that he will be there when we draft but I don't view it as impossible. I don't think that many people understand that a case could be made for calling him the 4th best wire receiver on the Crimson Tide last season. When the draft gets closer I will get into this a bit more. -
I read the Carr book AND used the patch for a while. I went from 21s to 14s to 7s. I was on the 7s and didn't use one for a couple of days and had insane urges. I couldn't find the patch and was frantic. I found them, used one more and decided I was done. It worked. My point is that I think that there is more than 1 way for folks to quit. Chantix didn't work for me. I had vivid nightmares every night; it was horrible. I would wake up to a nightmare, go back to sleep and re-enter the same nightmare. I was the worst addict in the world. I had an "Indian Reservation" 30 miles or so from my house. Cartons were only 25 or 30 dollars. I used to give them $250 and walk out with a shopping bag full of cigarettes. 4 years/4 months/12 days and I thank God. I would have been dead by now.

No, oh whoa Take me away (take me away) A secret place (a secret place) A sweet escape (a sweet escape) Take me away (take me away)

4 years 4 months and 11 days for me. My advice is to treat yourself like the addict that you are. If I had one cigarette with coffee this morning I would be up to 2 packs per day of Newport by Sunday. As time passes, the cravings all but disappear, and only last seconds when they present. In other words.....it gets better. I was horribly addicted and thought I would/could never stop. You can do it!!!!! Feel free to PM me if you are about to light up, and good luck!!!!! You too can do it. The book by Carr does help and if you did it once you can do it forever. I'm rooting for ya!!!

This makes sense.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life Looking at the barrel of an Armalite I don't want to spend the rest of my days Keeping out of trouble like the soldiers say I don't want to spend my time in hell Looking at the walls of a prison cell I don't ever want to play the part Of a statistic on a government chart There has to be an invisible sun It gives its heat to everyone There has to be an invisible sun That gives us hope when the whole day's done

I left you far behind, The ruins of the life you had in mind. And though you still can't see, I know your mind's made up, You're gonna cause more misery. Do what you're gonna do, And go where you're going to, Think for yourself 'cause I won't be there with you.

I see you each morning But you just walk past me You don't even know that I exist Goin' out of my head over you Out of my head over you Out of my head day and night Night and day and night, Wrong or right

In this town there lived an outlaw by the name of Texas Red Many men had tried to take him and that many men were dead He was vicious and a killer though a youth of twenty four And the notches on his pistol numbered one an nineteen more One and nineteen more Now the stranger started talking made it plain to folks around Was an Arizona ranger wouldn't be too long in town He came here to take an outlaw back alive or maybe dead And he said it didn't matter he was after Texas Red After Texas Red

Daddy's rifle in my hand felt reassuring He said, Red means run, son, numbers add up to nothing But when the first shot hit the docks I saw it coming Raised my rifle to my eye Never stopped to wonder why Then I saw black And my face splashed in the sky

Where Would CJ Spiller Go In 2020?
Bill from NYC replied to Flip Johnson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The RB position as we all know has decreased in value by dramatic proportion. Spiller WAS fast but he wasn't instinctive. He couldn't block and some say he wasn't overly intelligent if you will. Based on the above, I would think he would go in the 3rd or 4th round, and still would have had a far less than stellar career. And btw, I do not think that his attributes will ever excuse the absolute idiocy of our Bills drafting him this early. -

I don't think so. I really think that Buddy Nix said this, but I can't say that I am 100% sure. -
All through this long and sleepless night I hear my neighbors talking (She don't love him) Saying that out of my life Into another's arms you'll soon be walking Somebody shake me, wake me when it's over Somebody tell me that I'm dreamin' And wake me when its over
