I'm on the outside looking in, An' I wanna be, An' I wanna be back on the inside, with you. You are with somebody new, And I don't know what to do, 'cause I'm still in love with you (in love with you).

I must say that it is rather refreshing (and quite the oddity) to see someone who leans left to have such an open mind. Be well and stay healthy! -

Sweet days of summer, the jasmine's in bloom July is dressed up and playing her tune And I come home from a hard day's work And you're waiting there, not a care in the world See the smile a-waitin' in the kitchen, food cookin' and the plates for two Feel the arms that reach out to hold me, in the evening when the day is through Summer breeze, makes me feel fine, blowing through the jasmine in my mind Summer breeze, makes me feel fine, blowing through the jasmine in my mind

When I'm feeling blue, All I have to do is take a look at you, Then I'm not so blue. When you're close to me, I can feel your heart beat, I can feel you breathing in my ear. Wouldn't you agree? Baby you and me got a groovy kind of love.

Revisiting the pretty bad 2015 draft class
Bill from NYC replied to Albany,n.y.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Correct! He also made the trade because he was one to give away the store. People still occasionally post good things about Whaley and make excuses for him but he was a disaster. If he was any good he would have an NFL job by now. In the credit where it is due department, the man sure was a great dresser. -

When you close your eyes and go to sleep And it's down to the sound of a heartbeat I can hear the things that you're dreaming about When you open up your heart and the truth comes out You tell me that you want me You tell me that you need me You tell me that you love me And I know that I'm right cuz I hear it in the night I hear the secrets that you keep When you're talking in your sleep

How many players took a knee and are still in the league? If you like Kaepernick so much, perhaps you should barrage the Pegulas with e-mails, urging them to sign him. They might refuse because they have a great fan base that they do not wish to alienate. They are probably more into turning a profit and increasing the value of the team. -

Yeah he was a scumbag in college too. He dragged a girl down flights of stairs by her hair. Phillips was an amazing talent. I liken him a bit to Eric Dickerson. Maybe a step slower but stronger. A sane Lawrence Phillips would have been great in any era of football. -
Nothing to do to save his life call his wife in, Nothing to say but what a day how's your boy been? Nothing to do it's up to you, I've got nothing to say but it's OK, Good morning good morning.

Could Pats tank for Lawrence?
Bill from NYC replied to HardyBoy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I can't see it at this stage of the season in any possible way. That said, if they caught some really bad breaks and the team had a terrible record later in the season it would probably be a smart move. Even at that I can't see BB tanking. Consider this post just thinking out loud. -
Went to see the captain, strangest I could find Laid my proposition down, laid it on the line I won't slave for beggars pay, likewise gold and jewels But I would slave to learn the way to sink your ship of fools Ship of fools, on a cruel sea Ship of fools, sail away from me It was later than I thought, when I first believed you Now I cannot share your laughter, ship of fools

Half a mile from the county fair, and the rain came pouring down Me and Billy were standing there, we had a silver half of crown Our arms are full of fishing rods, we had the tackle on our backs We just stood there getting wet, with our backs against the fence. Oh the water Oh the water Oh the water, I hope it don't rain all day It stoned me to my soul It stoned me just like jelly roll, Well it stoned me

Democratic 2020 Presidential Primary Thread
Bill from NYC replied to snafu's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Sure, but don't you think that "establishment dems" already pander in a huge way to so called "progressives?" i can think of 2 quick examples: 1) Perverted Uncle Joe announced that he will definitely choose a woman VP. Imo this is openly admitting that he will use sex as the determining factor rather than competence. I am all for a female president. A competent one. 2) Cuomo is emptying prisons, and was doing so before covid19. He also lit up the Empire State Building with pink lights (at taxpayer's expense) to celebrate late term abortions. He long ago declared NY a sanctuary state, to include not cooperating with ICE, free medical care, free education and even free college (while our children pay). Is this not pandering enough? Hey, I agree with you that every dem candidate in the primary was either a thief, hypocrite, psychotic, or more than one of these. My question is, how much more radical would you like them to really be? Even Sanders has 3 houses and his wife has some serious allegations. Do you view him as legit? BTW thanks for an interesting post.
