  1. Dressed myself in green, I went down unto the sea Try to see what's goin' down, try to read between the lines I had a feelin' I was fallin', fallin', fallin', I turned around to see Heard a voice callin', you were running back to me I had to move, really had to move That's why if you please, I am on my bendin' knees Bertha, don't you come around here anymore
  2. Oh little Jeannie She got so much love, little Jeannie So I see you when I can You make me all a man can be And I want you to be my acrobat I want you to be my lover Oh, there were others who would treat you cruel And, oh, oh Jeannie You were always someone's fool
  3. Could you imagine how it would be if he really didn't feel like getting cuffed?!
  4. The police officers who arrested him are very lucky that he didn't resist. He was not a great player but he was as strong as an ox.
  5. I suppose you are not including the time when he said that integrating the schools could a cause school to be a "racial jungle." Besides, he SAID the things this post is about. Didn't you here it?
  6. Great. Now Clemson has even less competition. ? Tough to disagree with this.
  7. How do you feel about Biden's kid being knee deep in Chinese corruption? Btw your thoughts appear to be scattered, but I am sensing that their just might be hope for you. ☝️☝️☝️?
  8. You got a fast car I got a job pays all our bills Stay out drinking late at the bar See more of your friends than you do of your kids I'd always hoped for better Thought we'd together you and me would find it I got no plans I ain't going nowhere Take your fast car and keep on driving You got a fast car Is it fast enough so you can fly away You gotta make a decision Leave tonight or live and die this way
  9. The good news is that he think Hispanics are diverse. This man is one sick puppy. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/08/06/joe-biden-unlike-the-african-american-community-the-latino-community-is-an-incredibly-diverse-community-nabj/?fbclid=IwAR22oDgmyNmv5B84tbo54QygKc0VhXQ7yi9IdFbLYJt7mr2852sksIztyF8
  10. Well, I went to a dance just the other night Everybody there was stag I said over and over and over again This dance is gonna be a drag I said over and over and over again This dance is gonna be a drag I said over and over and over again This dance is gonna be a drag
  11. You are happy to report this? You WANT failure for your country? That sounds not so great, ya know? Would you tell us just how happy you are? Happy enough to post day and night under who knows how many screen names on a football site, just to spew your weak, distorted views? Views that will not change one mind. I wish that you could look at life objectively and see how weak and silly this sounds. I doubt that this will happen but still, I wish you well. Life will not be easy for you at this rate. My advice? Toughen up and be a man. What you really do not want under any conditions is to be as much of a douchebag as another poster on this, and virtually every other thread. It ain't too late to change. ? Good luck!!!
  12. Really? I thought that it works. I also like to use Mayor Wilhelm.
  13. I for one am partial to Adolph Cuomo.
  14. Were you weeping and sobbing, gobbling free pizza and petting dogs in a crying room when Hillary got clobbered in 2016? Did you need grief counseling? Really, you can tell us. I promise that not 1 poster here will think any less of you. This I promise!!!
  15. Were you weeping and sobbing and petting dogs when Hillary was clobbered in 2016? C'mon, tell us. I promise that not 1 person here will think less of you. Not 1!!!!!
  16. I'm willing to bet that Trump supporters won't need crying rooms, free pizza, and "comfort dogs" like the Hillary voters.
  17. Chris Chandler was a highly skilled QB and I think that he would be considered great if he played in the league today, almost like a Drew Brees. The problem was that he was getting murdered out there. The hits and the resulting injuries really took a toll on him. It was sad watching him at the end but again, in this NFL; I think that he would be an exceptional QB. Jmo.
  18. Interesting that Weir chose 1989. He looked as happy as I have ever seen him at the Philly concert, which was a completely amazing show. I saw them in several locations, to include the Garden, Meadowlands, Roosevelt Stadium (Jersey City, and a bunch of other venues). In Philly/89, Weir looked completely satisfied and happy. Jerry appeared to be sober and was smiling for most of the show. Brent really took off was encouraged by Jerry to get deeper into it. The shows at the Meadowlands and Buffalo were just a few days away from Philly and they were also great. As I'm sure you know, Jerry hated the studio but did (imo) some splendid work there too.
  19. So will 99% of this board, despite the many who seem to be taking the alleged "high road." Allow me please to point out that even without covid19, we spend our weekends watching the strongest and most violent men on Earth risk serious injury (if not their lives) on virtually every play. They are only able to make the big money doing so because of people like us. But like anything else, we can pretend otherwise.
  20. Someone on an Alabama page posted that they will open against Vanderbilt on 9/26. This is completely unverified.
  21. 100% true!!!
  22. I think that the band peaked in summer/1989. I like almost all of their music and have seen them numerous ties but in 89 they really had it together. I am in the minority but I think that things went downhill when Furthur broke up. Kadlecik is great imo.
  23. Why do that? We can stick around and wait for Michigan to run the table.
  24. Half a mile from the county fair And the rain came pourin' down Me and Billy standin' there With a silver half a crown Hands are full of a fishin' rod And the tackle on our backs We just stood there gettin' wet With our backs against the fence Oh, the water Oh, the water Oh, the water Hope it don't rain all day
