  1. Thank God. Excellent!!!
  2. I don't love the term "white trash" but nevertheless, I'm not sure that it applies here. I also doubt if "mushrooms" were involved. This sounds like a plain old acid trip to me. This particular one would rank high on the list but I have heard of, and witnessed people having some awfully strange trips: 1) A person I know was at an outdoor concert and wound up in the "bummer tent." He was nude, and thought that he was fighting in the Revolutionary War. 2) One night about 8 or 10 of us were at a Grateful Dead Concert in Manhattan. We all lived in Queens. A friend of mine was tripping. The Dead played the song "Saint Stephen" and he waited for the applause to die down, at which time he stood up and shouted, "I SURRENDER!" He then handed all of his belongings (to include his weed, money, keys, cigarettes, matches, etc.) to strangers and stormed out of the concert hall. I asked him wtf he was doing but he was not to be denied. We got his property back but he was gone. Keep in mind that the East River separates Queens and Manhattan, and he had given away the needed subway and bus fare. He made it home, but didn't remember how. 3) Another guy I know at the peak of his trip, had to go home for something. He saw his mother who sounded the same but looked like Jimi Hendrix. I could go on and on about the people I saw tripping which also happened while I was working, but I would love to hear any funny (for lack of a better word) tripping stories some of you might know of.
  3. Woke up this morning, feel 'round for my shoes Lord knows I got them, old walkin' blues Up this morning, feel 'round for my shoes I got them old walkin' blues
  4. I must agree. EJ was a horror show, but he had hundreds of plays worse than that.
  5. Quid Pro Quo sex is a sad part of our society, and probably every society on earth. In fact, our society is almost probably one of the safer ones for women, or so I hope. I would not recommend that any man date a subordinate employee. I know a guy who did. He was married and sleeping with her for a month or 2. The woman said she was short of cash and he gave her overtime on 3 Saturdays in a row. Another employee went to the union and they told him that contractually he could not do this without offering other employees the overtime, so; on week 4 he gave it to another employee. The woman approached him and demanded to know why she didn't get the overtime and he explained what happened. This was on a Friday. The following Monday, she went to the head of the department and showed him texts that she had received, claiming that they were unwanted. He was forced to resign by the HR Chief who was later transferred (not fired or forced to resign) after being accused of sending text messages with pictures of his genitals to a female employee. The woman who made the allegation against her boss was married 2 months later. I don't know all the details of what happened of what between those 2. I suspect that they are both a little strange but all I am trying to get across is that if you are a supervisor, sex with one of your employees is a bad idea. Very bad.

  8. Wrong board mods? Biden just called Arizona a very important city. Does this comment belong here?
  9. Oh very true but Henry is a very special sort of player/person. Jmo.
  10. I agree Doc, but it probably would be a different story sans covid19 imo.
  11. Yes, because of the stupidity of the organization at that time. Also, how many LTs are in the Hall of Fame?
  12. I was about to type that in but decided to check first.
  13. We can (and will) sugar coat it, I mean; this IS a board for Bills Fans. The truth however is that Peters was one of the very best players in the history of this team. We traded him away in his prime and didn't get anything close to adequate compensation because at the time, we were a second rate franchise. Now, the FANS were NOT second rate. No, it was the ownership and management. Peters will be in the Hall of Fame. Rationalizing getting rid of a world class left tackle in his prime is just silly. Jmo.
  14. He is a great player and an even better person. When he was at the combines, he went to visit terminally ill kids in a children's hospital. I had the pleasure of watching every play that he was in at the University of Alabama. He was great the second that he took the field. If not for the pandemic he would have received a bigger contract and would be worth every dime. Congrats Derrick. You deserve every penny and more.
  15. My mother and my brothers used to breathing clean air And dreaming I'm a doctor It's hard to be a man when there's a gun in your hand Oh I feel so Something happens and I'm head over heels I never find out, till I'm head over heels Something happens and I'm head over heels Ah don't take my heart don't break my heart Don't, don't throw it away
  16. As long as we are not called the "Guginos'" I am willing to listen to reason.
  17. Going where the orange sun has never died And your swirling marble eyes shine Laughing Burning through the light Bittersweet the drops of life Memories only fading Fancy Colours Fancy Colours
  18. Yeah, right? I mean what the actual &%#$? ???
  19. Comparing Christmas music compared to riots, shooting incident increases across the country, cities burning, and a pandemic? Sure. This makes total sense.
  20. Good points! I sure am glad that none of this exists up north.
  21. Many years have passed since those summer days among the fields of barley See the children run, as the sun goes down among the fields of gold You'll remember me when the west wind moves upon the fields of barley You can tell the sun, in his jealous sky when we walked in fields of gold When we walked in fields of gold When we walked in fields of gold
  22. I don't know, maybe you caught a break in not having to go to Seattle?
