  1. Something tells me it's all happening at the zoo. I do believe it, I do believe it's true. The monkeys stand for honesty. Giraffes are insincere. And the elephants are kindly but they're dumb. Orangutans are skeptical of changes in their cages And the zoo keeper is very fond of rum.
  2. Well, one huge miss was when we drafted Roscoe Parrish in round 2. He was our first pick that year and he looked as if he weighed 160 pounds. We traded away our first round pick in the previous year in order to draft Losman. I remember reading that one day Parrish left his house, saw snow, and went running back inside, horrified. I don't remember which rocket scientist was our GM at the time. Young Bills Fans just don't know how much we suffered lol.
  3. Now that you're gone All that's left is a band of gold All that's left of the dreams I hold Is a band of gold And the memories of what love could be If you were still here with me
  4. Belichick and Nick Saban are very close friends for more than 40 years. They both also happen to be Croatian, a strange coincidence. Saban says that he has been part of a team for 60 or so years and will continue to coach until he thinks that he is hurting his team. I am 100% sure that the two of them have talked it over, and I am guessing that Belichick feels the same way. Jmo.
  5. I actually wrote those 3 Alec Baldwin jokes. My fiance says I should go back to work.
  6. Now, Alec Baldwin is getting an award for "Honesty." They say that he is really a straight shooter.
  7. Yes. At least he isn't going to act anymore. He says he will be a male model...... After all, he really is great at photo shoots.
  8. Can you folks believe that Alec Baldwin is planning a presidential run? Apparently he thinks that he has a very good shot at winning.
  9. Dream Do you dream Dreaming Do you? Dream Do you dream Dreaming Do you? In my dreams I can see, I can I can see a love That could be ..
  10. Little children You better not tell on me. I'm tellin' you Little children You better not tell what you see And if you're good I'll give you candy and a quarter If you're quiet Like you oughta be And keep a secret with me.
  11. Congrats to UGA and their fans for a well deserved victory. They are a great team with a great coach. If all goes well The Crimson Tide will be back next year healthy and improved.
  12. My argument consists of far more than that. It would seem as if all non-playoff teams would lose money, some quite a bit. In any event, thanks for the well wish. I think that our best chance at beating them is with our defense. They couldn't stop our offense last time but that doesn't mean anything. The Tide needs to execute and forget the past.
  13. If so, that sucks. On straight up bets, old time bookies had a 5% take, assuming that bettors will win 50% of their bets. 7 1/2% seems excessive, no?
  14. I'm sorry, I don't understand the bold.
  15. Correct me if I am wrong, but would the above result in non playoff teams playing less games per season? If so, this would cost these schools a ton of money, no?
  16. So did I. Cincy's biggest DL was 285 lbs, so I knew that Bama would run all day and the total would be under. I also made GA a strong play. When you play a daily number for 1 dollar and hit for $500, there is no proof that you won. You can even buy multiple tickets and cash them in intervals. It just seems to me that these bets are online and records are kept. I don't know how this will work. If one had to pay tax on winning bets, you would be better off with a bookie (if you can find one).
  17. Are they taking it from the bettors or the bookie's profits? OK, but are winning bettors expected to declare the profits?
  18. Well I drunk a lot of wine And I'm feeling fine Gonna race some cat to bed Is this concrete all around Or is it in my head Oh brother you guessed I'm a dude All the young dudes Carry the news Boogaloo dudes Carry the news
  19. In the attics of my life Full of cloudy dreams; unreal Full of tastes no tongue can know And lights no eye can see When there was no ear to hear You sang to me
  20. Upon the roof we heard the gentle rain With the rhythm of our heartbeats, down it came As it hit each rock our hearts could feel the pain No one on earth can stop a drop of rain And the river gets wide, the river gets long now The water runs deep, as our love gets strong now So baby don't you fight and say you belong now To me
  21. Well, I wonder if I'm dreaming I feel so unashamed I can't believe this is happening to me Oh I watch you when you're sleeping And then I want to take your love Oh, won't you, show me the way, yeah I want you, to show me the way
  22. A more appropriate response would have been that you THINK that he is wrong. Newsflash: People can disagree with your opinionated, vague declarations and not be "wrong" just because you think that they are.
  23. I agree but he does have roots here, or at least he used to. My fiancee once sat next to him at a parent conference at a school on Long Island. She said he was polite and reserved. This was many years and at least 1 marriage ago lol.
  24. How great would that be?!
