  1. Oh and thanks a lot; it helped out greatly
  2. It was Fred Smerlas; Then Jeff Wright; who were the other DT's back then?
  3. ANyone? was it a 3-4?
  4. What kind of Defensive front did we run in the nintiesduring the superbowl runs? I am trying to make a point to someone and want to make sure.
  5. Well Kzoo, I must say if I knew there was better conversation on this board, as opposed to the Bills homepage mesasage board, I would, {and will have to} come here more. The one thing I don't quite understand is what is Juron's connection to these two? Koller and Fairchild? it just seem skinda odd to me that out of the blue he hires two Rams coaches. I read something earlier about Bates considering offers for the DC position; I htink that would be another solid assistant.
  6. BRH, it's been a long hard day of work and I didn't quite find this information quick enough until I saw this; thanks for taking the time.....
  7. I would go by best player on the board based on need, there arn't to many teams that don't have a need at more than one spot.... jeez, we could flip a coin ten times and hit a need!
  8. Thank You thank you thank you!!!! Excellent report, and first I really heard of Goldsberry stepping it up....I really think we need to make plans for when Shelton leaves, and Burns is NOT the answer...Did they throw Gates in a FB, or Just exclusively at HB? It's good to hear Gudmundson and Peters are starting to show something....
  9. What does Sape have to do with Henson?
  10. Hey thanks for the report, good to hear... I read that Shaud has put in a good offseason effort, and it's especially nice to hear that Lee looked good too.
  11. Yes Roydell was JP's "guy" at Tulane; but I do not belive he is rated very high. What about Aiken.....every one thinks that we need another reciever when in reality we have good recievers who are just starting to work with a good coaching staff....plus Aiken excelled last year in his open feild blocking, and if I am not mistaken averaged 13.5 yards per reception and had 6 first down receptions....Aiken could prove to be a commodity, now that his injury is healed! I do not see the Bills drafting a reciever in this draft.....a possibility exists but at the most would be a late day 2 pick IMO
  12. Sorry to reply after so long; but I must admit your information in very informitive and intriguing; where can I find this info?
  13. After signing the likes of Thomas, Stamer, Matthews, and most liikely Burns or Neufeld or both; how much cap space would we realistically be able to spend on a FA or in retaining Price? considering we are most likely not going to have Jennings, Price should be retained as well.
  14. As I look on the Huddle Report.....there is a section of top 200 free agents... The Bills? Pat Williams Jonas Jennings___________________________________ And then after the two Bignames; pun intended are.... Jon Dorenbos - Josh Stamer -Should be resigned Joe Burns Mike Pucillo - needs to go Kevin Thomas -Should be resigned Marcus Price -???? -Jonas???? Izell Reese -needs to go Shane Matthews -Should be resigned Ryan Neufeld Drew Haddad -who cares With all the talk about..."sign this guy, let's get this guy" or the debate "Pat vs. Jonas" are we losing site that we have some major holes to fill if we don't improve the other areas? This plays heavily in the draft. But I think players like Thomas and Stamer need to be resigned....Shane is our best option right now - this year.....how much of our cap space is taken up just by these three? The other thing....Burns and Neufeld; do we let them both go? Then we have two holes to fill. I think we are overlooking where the team really is....and I think that may very well be why we havn't yet released anyone other than Bledsoe. Thoughts?
  15. Well Hogboy, I have a "starter" guitar of sorts...it's a Harmony and it cam ewith the amp and bag. When I went to Alfred, a lot of my friends were in bands, they playe dat the local bars and at parties. I tooled around with theirs a little bit and have always carried a desire to learn; so I bought myself this one, and there it sits in the corner; still needing a tune. SOMETIME before I retire, I will learn how to play, so I have 27 some odd years left to make my investment pay off
  16. Bannister is an interesting prospect becaus eof his size, and the reason we didn't get him last year was because we couldn't promise him a strong role in the offense. ESPN has Bannister listed as 6'5" and 207 pounds; I am 6'1" 215 and I would get the crap kicked out of me if I stepped on the field I would wager a bet the because of his slender build and inexperience; being barried in the depth chart in Seattle; that we would be better off drafting a tall prospect... Some of the taller prospects that I have found; who would surely be multi year projects, are: Chauncey Stovell - Florida State 6'2 216 4.7 Princell Brockenbrough - Pittsburg 6'3 205 4.55 Brandon Rideau - Kansas 6'4 195 4.45 Matt Jones -Arkansas 6'6 237 4.65 Tommy Manus - Morgan State 6'5 230 4.65 Larry Brakins - Pearl River CC 6'5 220 4.55 Chase Lyman - California 6'4 210 4.45 I like th eidea of Matt Jones the best; he could be Mularkey's next SLASH! I heard that he will work out with the QB's at the combine, but also even tried some long snapping....he is a guy who will do what ever just to be able to play football.....
  17. Hey Folks, I do agree that Buckhalter coming to the Bills is just speculation; but interesting none the less....that kid of move genrally falls into play with TD though. we shall see.....Now after the Bledsoe release; more attention will be paid to the Henry situation; and in TD Fashion; I expect some kid of splash.
