I think that's why they got Meredith, who would essentially back up Butler next year, assuming the plan is to keep Butler at RT. They could always move Wood to C with Hangartner backing him up, Butler back to RG, then drafting a RT to either start or to compete with Meredith. I'm sure everyone agrees that we need to address the LT position, because as it stands, Bell hasn't been the answer, however that could change with improved play the 2nd half of the season.

I was just going to link to that same article for Joe's consideration. PC World actually grades out the Droid higher than the iPhone 3GS, giving the Droid an overall score of 90 out of 100, which is the highest they've ever reviewed a phone.

I know everyone has seen the new Droid commercials recently and this is the product that is supposed to be the main competitor to the iPhone. Its Verizon's first attempt at taking advantage of their superior 3G network with a smartphone. I'm a Verizon customer and I have always wanted to get an iPhone, but I can't justify it with the AT&T network, which is largely the reason for why I'm pretty excited about the Droid.

I think its only a matter of time before they do and as The Senator already mentioned, the Pats run a spread offense. If you look at Gruden, he said that he wanted to take this year off and do MNF, but to also study the spread offense in college FB and how it could be used in the NFL.

When betting the NFL, home dogs is always a safe bet, especially when that home team is coming off two consecutive road wins. I don't care if its the Bills, Lions, or any other bottom dwelling team. Add to the fact that the Bills are 3-1 all-time against the Texans. I like the Bills getting points at home.

Peters just gave a HUGE sack to Andre Carter, causing McNabb to fumble. Gruden commented on how poor of a play it was on Peters' part. I figured all the Peters haters would like to know.

I haven't heard him on the Cowherd show specifically, but I have seen him on ESPN NFL Live. He's alright. It just annoys me when he constantly says "dime". Example: "This pass that Matt Ryan throws here for a TD is an absolute dime." I know that many TV sports personalities have their own schtick in an attempt to be unique, but this particular one doesn't do it for me.

The last six World Series' haven't been competitive. 3 out of the last 5 WS were won in 4 games and the other 2 were won in a 5 game series. This matchup has the potential to be one of the best World Series in recent memory and, on a personal level, it is going to pretty interesting for me being a Yankees fan living in the heart of Phillies' country.

I have mixed these two with similar results

I don't know if you've seen Tony Pike play this year, but after watching him play against USF last Thursday, I came away not too impressed with him. He is a very poor mans Joe Flacco. His arm strength was mediocre at best. He was accurate on a few throws, but he only played a half after injuring his left arm again, which already has a plate inserted into it. You also say he doesn't have any WRs. He has one of the best WRs in Division I in Marshwan Gillyard, who is a JR and could potentially be a top 50 draft pick if he decides to declare.

Too f'ed up to be drunk I think. I betcha its a hallucinogenic.

Agree that the only QB I would want the Bills to draft is Clausen. Bradford doesn't come out this year. Next year you could see Ryan Mallet come out, and I think he is going to be a great QB. Prototypical size at 6'7" and he has a rifle of an arm and shows good awareness in the pocket, with the ability to throw the ball on the run. I believe he is a red shirt sophomore.

I think Mattingly wasn't hired as Yankees manager partly because of his wife being white trash.
