So what's the offensive game plan?
Fan in Chicago replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would like that split to be 60-40 pass-run. Hit on a couple of deep shots with Sanders as you know he will get open deep -
So what is the Defensive Gameplan?
Fan in Chicago replied to Straight Hucklebuck's topic in The Stadium Wall
Knowing McD likes to rotate his D Linemen, Reid may try the no huddle. Have to be prepared to counter that too. That may work. Or at least limit the damage Hill can do. Will be a good test for the DE corps -
Let us set aside emotions. If he can play (mentally and physically), we should get him for our Superbowl run. $s may still be an issue for us though

What is Wrong with Steve Belichick?

This is insane. When I saw this live, I was weirded out. -
Agree word for word and will add that I want the refs to call a good game. If they continue to allow the Chiefs DBs to get away with mugging our receivers, we better have a plan to counter.

If Spencer Brown solidifies his role on the OL, as a rookie 3rd round pick, hats off to McBeane. -

The narrative going into the season (which i didnt agree with) was that Davis would compete with Sanders for the medium targets and push Sanders down on the depth chart. Given Sanders' smarts, ability to get open and have sure hands, imo, he has a different role in this offense which he is performing fantastically. Yet, Davis is extremely good at contested and tip toe catches so I am partly curious and partly concerned about him not being a larger part of the offense. So far this season, he has been virtually non existent. If the injury is bothering him, he shouldnt be getting 43% of the snap count. -
I would like to see the official time in the pocket, but to me I thought he was getting about as much time as an NFL QB is going to get. The OL pass protected pretty well given the talent on the Bucs front 7. It appeared to me that the Bucs game plan was to limit the ground game and pressure Jones while giving up the short throws. Their D plan wasn't too shabby and succeeded in limiting the Pats** scoring. I have seen yesterday's game and several bits of other Jones' games and it is too early to tell how he will end up as a QB. But I grant you this, the kid does look poised. The problem for the Bucs was that Brady was unable to control the game on O and was playing on his back foot or catching up. From the Bills perspective, the result was an ideal outcome.

I couldnt prep for or watch yesterday's game, so can someone help me here? What is up with Gabriel Davis? 43% of snap count, 1 target, 0 receptions? If he is hurt, he shouldnt have played so much. If he is not hurt, why the lack of targets? -
Bucs at Patriots - How to Process this Game
Fan in Chicago replied to BillsfaninSB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Without a doubt one of the GOATs but to use the word "joy" is a stretch. -
I hear you. But given how we cared against the Chiefs, Titans and Colts last season followed by the Steelers game, the onus is on the Bills to prove they can beat such teams. Every week is a new challenge which makes the NFL exciting. We will have a very good idea about where the team stands by Oct 18th

Bucs at Patriots - How to Process this Game

I dislike both the Pats** and Brady and nothing will change that. But I set emotions aside and care far more about the Bills position in the division so will root for the Bucs. -
That was a boring game. Eagles O is really terrible. Their D was trying really hard till the 3rd Q. Hurts looked lost

Zach Moss needs to be the lead back
Fan in Chicago replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My thoughts are in this vein. Which back we use against which opponent and which phase of the game will be according to the pre- and in- game plan. As an example, we would have been much better off against the Steelers if Moss was playing. It seems there was something else going on which caused McD to make him a healthy scratch - perhaps short term pain for long term gain. -
Thanks. Looking forward to it

While we have recently had a tough time against teams with great DLs, such as Titans and Colts, you are what your record says you are. -
My wish list for this weekend 1. Successfully complete my daughter's wedding 2. Get drunk after everyone leaves and have a cigar 3. Bills victory 4. Beat down of Texans by 15+ points
