  1. On paper yes but with Tua throwing to them, the excitement is decidedly lower. Allen throwing to Diggs and Hopkins would definitely be a LOT more fun
  2. On the level of Hughes for Sheppard.
  3. Hope it's a Hopkins or Jeudy signing. I personally prefer Jeudy for his potential, age and $ cost but to go all-in for a SB this year, Hopkins is the more proven option Either signing today may make me lose control of certain bodily fluids.
  4. For the odd word, yes. But your posts in their entirety read like they were auto corrected. 🤪
  5. Sooo....how long are we hosting this dude? Did Elvis leave the building?
  6. You can debate and argue with whoever you want but you really need to back off on the disrespectful language to posters like Kirby.
  7. Fair points so I am cautiously optimistic. I did like Motor for maximizing his production with inferior blocking. I wish him well.
  8. But if Beane added lot of D players in FA , you would complain that this is a continued trend of only prioritizing D players. I too want them to shore up the OL but you have to give credit that at least the FA acquisitions are O heavy.
  9. If it is more than what Singletary signed for, then it is a bad tradeoff.
  10. I have other things to worry about in life so I am not going to pout. But I ain't gonna celebrate it either
  11. I understand that you have watched him play but if he is indeed that good, why does none of it show up in the stats? And he has been around for 5 years which is plenty of time to show what you can and cannot do. Color me skeptical.
  12. Honest question - What makes you think he is good? His stats look pedestrian at best and he has been bouncing around in the 5 years he has been in the league
  13. I just looked up his stats which don't show anything good. 56% career catch rate, 417 total yards last year (his best year), 5 seasons 844 total yards. What is the expectation of him?
  14. I just don't understand what is holding up signing a MLB to replace Edmunds. If a rookie is expected to start at such an important position , it will be unfair to him and we will be frustrated by his growing pains . Kelce and the like will have a field day. While I read that Wagner isn't great at pas coverage any more, he is at least experienced. What is Beane's plan anyway . And please don't say it is a hope that the undersized Bernard will magically fill that void
  15. This man's post- NFL life is going to be a mess.
  16. Well, Cole, enjoy the rest of your life grouching on the couch 'cos there isn't any team who is going to call you back.
  17. I havent put the numbers together but Jeudy will cost us in terms of draft picks. Assuming Denver is still interested in trading him As for the other two, Beane has to figure out a way to make their cost work within the cap. These are the kinds of bold moves to put us over the top. We are wallowing in this uncomfortable edge where we do great in the regular season and end it with a thud. We cant depend on rookies only to fill all the gaps for the coming season. Just got to make bold things happen.
  18. Sign Seumalo and Wagner, trade for Jeudy.
  19. SDS hasnt signed up for enough capacity on this forum to handle such a list
  20. We are in agreement on all points. Lets see what the Beane presser at 1 pm is all about. But my wish is that he announces one of OBJ or Jeudy acquisitions. The OL options are pretty thin out there. As for D, Wagner may be getting long in the tooth but I rather have him to set a floor at that position for a couple of years. His playoff experience will be invaluable.
  21. (I follow your posts with appreciation) Please dont tell me you are backing off your positions - we need lot more OL and stud WRs* - and going over to the dark side of McD "we need more Defense". * With his recent injury, I wont be satisfied with just OBJ
  22. can't wait. Especially the "new player additions" part
