  1. Dump your girlfriend ?
  2. Assuming the poster is a female, I am sure her SO prefers it on the ankle than on her lower back
  3. Sick person ? Pray, why ? I think it is great. Just put up some pics, will ya. When I got inked for the first time last year, I pondered for several months before deciding to go with an album cover. It turned out great and was totally non-standard.
  4. Well probably sports fans are looking to something different especially after the whitewash in the Ashes, eh ? And this is not directed at you, Nick but for the thread in general - Actually, exposure of sports to the international community is a good thing. I realize that fans here miss a home game etc. but look at it from a long term perspective. In a small measure, we get appreciation for a sport that is considered uniquely American and dismissed as such. There are a lot of people who just love sports, period. Educating them to the sport is great. Last I was in India, they were showing some playoff games live ! I loved it but also found a few others that also enjoyed it even though the broadcast started around midnight. Having said all this, if the Bills are one of the teams in this attempt for international exposure, as a fan, I can only feel quite proud.
  5. Not that I trust PFW, but after Ralph Wilson's statement about getting help on OL as being important, it is not too clear whether DL or OL will be the top priority. I think it will come down to which FAs hit the market (as opposed to being retained by their original team). If it is a Steinbach, OL will become 'top priority' .....
  6. Yeah. You would have expected him to be re-tired. A couple of Michelins perhaps.
  7. Wow - all that great work and you have to apologize ? Thanx a bunch, sir.
  8. You obviously missed this thread started by our fearless leader: http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=57878
  9. I always love structure so do like this idea. Ideally, we can break topics by Offense, Defense and ST with players listed under these topics. First Free agents, then draft picks. Can we then archive discussions about individual players once their fate is decided (ie. we win/lose the bidding war) ?
  10. Yes, I too have wondered about McCargo. Where does he fit in ? We already spent a 1st rounder for a DT (him) last year and would rather see what free agency gets us before we start thinking about the draft.
  11. Re-read what Bill wrote. His point was that Peters is so good that he will be an all-time great. Bill was making his point in a round-about way.
  12. I disagree. That was a bone headed play by Royal. You take the points when you get them (duh). As much as the D was to blame, those were four additional points we left on the table.
  13. You sign up for a paypal account www.paypal.com. You will need to link a credit card to your account and/or your bank account. These should be where funds ultimately come from. Think of paypal as a middle-man in transactions. When you want to pay someone (SDS in this case), you go to the 'Send Money' tab, enter the email address (which SDS provided above), amount you want sent and your email address. Voila - the money is charged to your funding account and sent to SDS. Very easy once you get used to it.
  14. Do you have any reason to believe he will go to the highest bidder ? Yes, he has stated he wants to be richly compensated. But that may be posturing on his part also. After some early-season struggles, he has come on strongly in the second half of the season. Perhaps he is playing for the contract but it also might be that he now 'gets' the Fewell system. He may realize that going to a different team may reduce his national exposure. Secondly, the Bills are going to go deep in the playoffs next year (yeah, I got proof )., so he would want to be part of a successful run here. Finally, Jauron is a very player-friendly coach and Marv is a (great grand) fatherly figure. I bet if the Bills and he are just a few million dollars apart, he will stay.
  15. I have a tingling sensation too, though not in the spine, after seeing the Saints cheerleader on page 2.
  16. I had them at 8-8 and most optimistic would be 9-7. But, PTR rules .... http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=49798&hl=
  17. I haven't seen the Titans play much so am not sure what they are doing right. I do know however that both the Bills and Titans were given up for dead a few weeks back and have recently started winning. Kudos to Fisher and our own Jauron for a slam bang job in keeping the teams motivated. I think Young will have a sub-par performance but Henry will play like a mad man. Expect the Bills to go for some big plays on offense very soon and pressure your offense to rely more on the pass. Should be a good battle. Hope this one is not decided by any Home Run Throwback or similar cr@p.
  18. Perhaps we won't spend a whole lot on free agents cos we are planning on keeping most of our own. If we re-sign Nate, Fletcher, Lindell etc., get one or two meaningful FAs and have a good draft we should do just fine in our division title push.
  19. Good idea. Maybe his run today will give that idea to the coaches also, if they haven't had it already (or read your post).
  20. I was stunned at the lack of even a mention either of today's game or 'in the playoff hunt' segment. Perhaps that would have meant acknowledging their stupidity of Saban worship.
  21. I burst out laughing when I read that too.
  22. We play Dallas next year ? I am willing to bet it will be touted as, as will likely look like, the superbowl preview game.
  23. Peters goes against Taylor. So we will see what Taylor can do (or not do).
  24. Of the entire 7 page article, I loved his ripping of TO the most. If that is not as scathing an article in the football press as I have seen, I don't know what is. Excellent !
  25. Good one.
