    This sounds like standard operating procedure which every team must be using. Grade the prospects and adjust as other college games are played, pro day grades come out etc. How is this a scoop of any kind ?

    Especially considering we picked him in Round 2 (even ignoring the trade-up). All we need him to do is catch the balls which drop in his hands. Forget diving and reaching and wrestling them away. The drop this past weekend was particularly bad as it wasnt that great a coverage, was thrown well and it went through his hands.

    You are being too generous. Mastery may come later, but by the second year if a WR from the first 3 rounds isnt showing more than a modicum of competency, it is highly unlikely he will ever be able to turn it around.

    Probably all that needs to be said at this point in time. To someone else's point, I am not willing to give him 2 full seasons to mature and adjust to the NFL. If he continues to be invisible by half time next season, it will be fair to start using the B word.

    Be that as it may, I am not convinced there was enough evidence to over turn the call on the field. We saw super slo mo when the movement was not perceptible in real time. The call should have stood.
