  1. Having said that, it will be tempting to have him play the Pats** game and run up the score on them for a change 🙂
  2. I don't recall egregious drops by Davis but I agree that Brown is very important to the offense. We need Brown for the more important games later this season, especially the playoffs. I had earlier commented that we dont need him for the Broncos game and his body is best "saved up" for later
  3. If we come prepared to play, I expect this to be a blowout.
  4. Save his body for the latter games and playoffs. We don't need him to win this Saturday
  5. Yep, I have a 106" screen but a rather old projector. have a pj for last 16 years and can attest that they were made to enjoy sports and movies. All kinds of sports look gorgeous on a large screen - NFL, tennis, hockey, cheerleading.
  6. When we win, I will be too drunk to care about a psychological letdown
  7. That would be very cool and certainly will make me jump out of my couch
  8. Usually right all the time? 🙄
  9. I can't remember the last time I was so excited for a game. Normally I am blue on Sunday evenings as it signals the end of the weekend. Not this time. And yes, this will be the signature win for this team but for the reasons in the latter part of your post.
  10. Gabriel Davis is coming along but he is not a replacement for Smoke. We need speed at the posiiton, which Brown brings and the O is better with him on the field. Having said that, his availability is of concern and I would trust the Bills docs to determine if his issues are temporary or not. If he is let go, we absolutely need to replace his speed and reliable hands. At a minimum, a restructure is in order.
  11. I am looking forward to these confident Bills pound the Pats** on primetime. Sweeping them on national TV will be very sweet and satisfying
  12. The words "healthy" and "Kroft" are rarely used together Looking forward to seeing what he can bring to the O
  13. BenR's arm is going to fall off before the playoffs
  14. Just got done with a 12 hour work day. Now to prep for the game ... Go Bills !
  15. Does Kroft's inactiveness surprise you ?
  16. Yes, not a must win but it's an al-must win
  17. I agree. This is an NFC game and less important than others coming on our schedule. No need to rush Milano back - ease him in to run that rust off and save him for the more important AFC games on the schedule.
  18. He does say "in an upset" though. I do like Simms' analysis and hearing his take now has me worried about the game. I think the Bills have enough firepower to pull out a win in a close game so we will see. I of course want the Bills to win this one, especially as it is on MNF. if the Bills do win, I think Simms will pick them over every other opponent for the rest of the season except the Steelers.
  19. McDermott approves. And welcome !
  20. Yea, I am interested in seeing the effect on the run game. Hope we get to a more balanced offense.
  21. I agree with this point of view and felt that Tua didnt "earn" the starting job. Fitz was playing lights out and the team was competitive early part of the season. Sure gave the Bills a run for their money. Then comes the sudden decision to start him not spurred by any traditional Fitz slump. It is likely that Flores calculated at the beginning of the season that - "okay, Tua didnt earn the starting job in TC so I will start Fitz. Eventually the dude will go back to his throw-a-pick-at-the-wrong-time ways and I will start Tua. It will be great for optics and will make my employer happy. " But, Fitz didnt slump and Flores was forced to start Tua anyway. Perhaps due to his (mis) calculation or due to undesirable pressure from the owner, the team has worked itself into a right mess. I am happy its happening to the Dolphins but I do feel bad for Tua. As I have typed numerous times before, I will always root for a league full of good QBs.
