  1. It would definitely explain some of the posters too.
  2. YEAH! How dare he criticize a team that's beaten three teams with 1, 2, and 3 wins while actually playing worse than last season. WTH's wrong with Sullivan. He'll be eating his hat when we beat Carolina in the Super Bowl.
  3. You know it's bad when even TD can't find a turd piece to polish up and present to the fan altar as some sort of precious gem.
  4. Thanks for emphasizing my point.
  5. Our NE v. Bills game is another instance, eh.
  6. That last one was tied at 15th for TDs. He, and those others, have 4. Alexander has 14, LDT has 13, Davis has 11.
  7. He is barely average. Sure, he has a ton of yards, but he has a ton of carries too. He's 3rd in attempts but 5th in yards. He's 19th in yards per carry. He doesn't even show up on ESPN's stats in long runs with at least 35 other RBs ahead of him. He's tied at 15th with five other RBs (Portis, Mike Anderson, Chris Brown, Kevin Jones, and TJ Duckett). He is barely average.
  8. He's also on pace for record penalties making Reuben Brown look like he barely committed any.
  9. They tried Chris Rix out too along with a slew of other players.
  10. Actually, if you're going to be honest, the team wasn't much different than it is now. Poor lines, a couple of standouts on defense, a few solid WRs, a decent RB situation if only by committee, a good TE, comparable kicker. It gets a little old hearing about how he cut three linemen consuming 20 million in cap space who were all in their 30s and having to hear what a brainy cap cleanup that was. For cryin' out loud, a blind, deaf, and dumb man could have fixed our cap in half an hour when he came on board. Our OL that season, 2000, the year before he came on, was, Carman and Fina at the Ts, Panos or Conaty at C, and Brown and Ostroski at Gs. How the hell is that so much different than the meathead, slob line we have now? Villarrial's at least as old as Ostroski was then. Teague's no better than Panos or Conaty. The rest suck. Defensively we had Henry Jones who was no worse than Milloy. Cowart, Holicek, Newmann, Porter, Pat Williams in his prime. Anyone thinking we're so much better is hallucinating.
  11. Aren't we all being somewhat premature in annointing Peters the next great tackle for us. He's played one game against a banged up New England defense so far.
  12. Very good assessment. It's easy to prove what you say with visuals too.
  13. You mean Lake Erie isn't clean.
  14. PS you get lynched for a lot less than that around here.
  15. It didn't. Some folks on here would deny that it's water flowing over Niagara Falls.
  16. I just don't want Donahoe anywhere near that draft table.
  17. That's why Holcomb is "so good" all of a sudden. Because our standard for good QB play has been so stomped on that we all think a bowl of crap is a gourmet meal.
  18. He built a Rolls Royce when we needed a 4x4 pickup.
  19. Right! And Holmes and Johnson won't have 150 yards rushing apiece why?
  20. So we're reduced to finding someone to "tolerate the weather" in Buffalo? Is that it? These silly arguments of "who's better" are so lame that they make Britany Spears look like a Rhodes Scholar.
  21. Where you'll justify another rout and repeat the exercise until the end of the season where you'll tell us all how we really should have won 8 of our games and if we had we'd be in the playoffs, blah, blah, blah.
  22. Come on now, TD was sheer genius in getting him.
