  1. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070111/ap_on_.../six_flags_sale Don't know exactly what that means for Darien Lake, but I always thought it was at least respectable that it had the Six Flags label attached to it. I personally haven't been there in maybe six or seven years.
  2. I noticed that too. At first I was confused as to why his wife was being named in the report. Then I realized it was him. Tiaina...
  3. http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years...10072seau1.html Well done, Junior.
  4. I think this area is so starved to see a home playoff game those tickets would be gone within hours.
  5. Neil Everett is pretty bad...
  6. I can see how that would be cool for you personally, but as a season ticket holder in OP it kind of sucks for me.
  7. Pete Prisco? That you??
  8. The sad thing is you know he's patting himself on the back over this.
  9. The interviews that I'm familiar with usually require participation from both sides. So...not an interview.
  10. Oh my God, please stop. This is like watching a car wreck.
  11. Just heard the West Coast replay. They could smell it in the hallway and lobby. I think Artie was actually the first one who said "I'm outta here" and Robin wasn't far behind. I don't know about you, but if I'm sitting at work and smell a thick gas odor I'm not sitting around trying to figure out what it is. --------- Edit: To his credit, they did come back on the air (minus Artie) and practically ended up doing a full show anyway.
  12. I think she's right. Baltimore, Cincy, Dallas, NYG, and Denver would all scare the hell out of me if they were road games. But they're all coming to Orchard Park. There's no reason we can't beat at least three of those teams (I'm thinking Bengals, Cowboys, Giants, maybe even Broncos) at home. That's a tough stretch of teams for sure, but I think the mere fact that they're all home games makes it seem do-able. Jacksonville doesn't scare me at home or on the road. Philly is a miserable road game, I'll give ya that.
  13. Because our run defense is a sieve. But I can't tell you the number of times that I've thought to myself since then, "If only Pennington was our QB. We'd be in the playoffs." Damn.
  14. Yes, the "Manning face" as Bill Simmons would call it. At least his brother looks like he gives a damn at times.
  15. Only seven short days in, this is an early entry for dumbest post of the year.
  16. Today he'll receive the news through Carrie Underwood's publicist that she is no longer interested in seeing him.
  17. Sorry millbank
  18. Oh my God, dude. Umm, I'm taking the Colts because even though they can't stop the run they can still play offense. Plus KC sucks on the road. Is that pretty much what you said?
  19. Looks like you should be able to get it at TSN. http://www.tsn.ca/
  20. SportsCenter just used the verbiage "fired". Make no mistake about it. Shell was told to step down; in essence he was fired from the HC position. The Raiders can't come out and actually use the word "fired" when they were so quick with that silly press release after Schefter's report or else they'd look ridiculous. I mean, more than they already do.
  21. Something tells me both Shell and the Raiders will come to some sort of mutual agreement that does not involve the word "fired" only so the team can still technically say that Schefter was wrong.
  22. You should try listening to WEEI in Boston sometime. They make WGR's personalities sound like Murrow.
  23. Like every other sports talk station?
