  1. Cowherd and Rome are alike in the sense that they're both on the radio. Other than that, not a lot of similarities.
  2. I wish there were an applause smilie on this thing. IT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO EVERYONE. LET IT GO.
  3. Perhaps "Lex and Terry" are unaware of the millions of dollars that were just poured into the Ralph for renovations.
  4. If others followed your example there would be no such thing as home-field advantage.
  5. Wow what a simply brilliant analogy. Let me know when Holcomb becomes one of the very best at his position.
  6. And how do you expect this to happen? Milloy, Vincent and Adams will find some magic dust to sprinkle on them making them 10 years younger? Bannan, Anderson, Kelsay and Denney will suddenly become legitimate NFL players?? The Bills will break the bank for Clements?? Incidentally, that last statement is probably the least likely to happen out of all them. By virtue of the fact that the East sucks this year, the Bills have a shot at hanging around. So let's say they enter next year still not knowing what you have in your 1st round QB and with a defense that may have already peaked. Oh yeah, next season is going to be even better
  7. Wow. Canada lets anybody be a teacher, huh?
  8. So is there any doubt that this guy majored in Broadcasting at Buff St. or Fredonia and is now making a solid living by making calls for a collections agency?
  9. I love how people sometimes read/hear what they want to read/hear. The comment was actually, "Almost pulled out a big one on Sunday night". Which is true. Nothing in there about last second.
  10. I'm not sure Optimists and Realists belong in the same category.
  11. WOW. That's the kind of talk usually reserved for serial killers and warlords. But sports writers?? Come on.
  12. Because JP has done so much to make him think otherwise.
  13. That actually kind of sounds like something Dickerson would say.
  14. Whoa, that's pretty unfortunate. I've been a season ticket holder since the late 80s and honestly don't ever remember any sort of explicit lyrics making it over the speakers. Of course they've played "radio edit" versions of songs, but apparently someone screwed up before that Titans game.
  15. Does anyone know the name of the song they played on Sunday when the Bills' D ran out of the helmet for introductions?? Normally I'm not that into rap, but I liked the beat of whatever it was that was playing over the Ralph loudspeakers. Any info would be great, thanks!
  16. Wow. This is on the front page of ESPN.com (well in the headlines section) and everything. Len P is right only about 99.9999999% of the time. I guess we'll be seeing #10 on Sunday.
  17. Listen to the clip on WGR550.com. "I'm not going to talk about a starter at any position for either team today." "Why?" "What part of I'm not gonna talk about it...?" "Is it a strategy-wise on your part?" "I'm not gonna talk about a starter at any position." Very vague if you ask me.
  18. Actually, what WGR said was that there was a buzz going throughout all the local media covering practice at the stadium today that Mularkey MAY announce Holcomb will be the starter. They didn't come out and say, "Sources tell us that Holcomb is starting". Of course Mularkey played his cards close to his vest and didn't say one way or the other.
  19. You're kidding right?
  20. Something tells me that if the Sabres skate out onto the ice tomorrow with blue and gold jerseys they won't have a problem selling them during intermissions and after the game.
  21. Good point. I love how so many posters will bash Sullivan and Florio and WGR for being "negative" and then come on here and start topics like "Losman is the next Leaf" and "Give me one reason why TD is still around" and "The Season Is Over".
  22. Every year since 2001 has been "next year".
