  1. I've got news for ya. The Buffalo News has sources in Detroit, and there were very similar pieces prior to Polian leaving town and Butler's firing after the 2000 season. TD deserves to go. He built this horse#$%* team, he hired this head coach (and the last one incase you forgot) and he MUST go. Yes he brought in Losman and Evans who were very good today, but that doesn't excuse for the pathetic O-line, D-line and the rest.
  2. Okay here's the thing. This is exactly what not to say to a group of pissed-off Bills fans less than 20 minutes after a game, especially when THIS http://www.buffalonews.com/editorial/20051204/1072681.asp is on the front page of the Sports section today. READ IT.
  3. Please explain then why the Bills passed the ball five straight times (five straight incompletes, with a fresh set of downs thanks to a Mia penalty by the way) late in the fourth quarter when still up by 13.
  4. Yeah he also brought in studs like Posey, Bannan, Anderson, etc. and the rest of that pathetic defense. IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE. You did read the paper today right? There is reason to believe that Donahoe isn't as safe as you may think.
  5. He's the only G-damn one I want around.
  6. Because they're smarter than you, that's why.
  7. I don't get it, are you saying he shouldn't be angry?
  8. You will never see Donahoe fire anybody mid-season. Now as for Donahoe being fired mid-season..................?
  9. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it happened tomorrow. Seriously.
  10. Buffalo held Curtis Martin to 77 and 67 yards in the teams' two meetings. (Martin was also sacked by P. Williams for a safety in the second game). Corey Dillon picked up a whopping 79 yards against the Bills in Week Four of last year, before going off on Sunday night a few months later. Then again, the entire team was garbage that night. The great Chester Taylor failed to crack 90 yards during the loss to Baltimore. I'll give you the season-finale against the Steelers. Granted the 2004 run D wasn't otherworldly and won't rank among the all-time greats, but it was more than servicable. This year's run D is just absolute slop. So explain to me again how last year's run defense (with P. Williams) and this year's run defense (minus P. Williams) are comparable??
  11. I give Adam Schein's opinion zero credibility because he doesn't know the last name of the Bills' President and GM who has held the title for the last five years.
  12. That's all well and good, but don't forget that Cadillac ran roughshod over the Buffalo D in Week 2, when TKO and Edwards were still in the lineup...and Dunn, Duckett and Vick weren't exactly being held in check prior to Spikes going down. Fact: The run defense is suffering because Pat Williams was not re-signed. Read this, it's good for a barf: http://www.startribune.com/stories/508/5749653.html
  13. I am so sick of this f-ing team.
  14. I am giving you a standing ovation right now.
  15. Hey don't worry, Schobel is locked up for the next few years. Thank God. BTW, I wonder how many other 53-man rosters Tim Anderson would make it on.
  16. He's been here for four seasons. He's not good.
  17. "When it's on the road, it's too tough for us"
  18. Hey, four TDs against Pittsburgh baby.
  19. How dare you. Didn't you see Posey display his toughness by shoving that SD lineman in the back after the play?? Yeah sure, Buffalo was hit with a 15 yard unsportsmanlike but come on!! That was tough!!!
  20. You watched the game right? Tough to avoid those sacks when Shawne Merriman is sitting right in your lap about .6 seconds after the snap. Also, if Josh Reed were an actual NFL receiver, Losman's completion % and yards per go up signficantly.
  21. 7:30am tomorrow with Howard Simon on WGR
  22. Read a book or go for a walk instead.
  23. Thanks for the lesson Shirley. Read the board, you might learn that this loss can hardly be placed on JP. The defense was absolute garbage today, among another 100 or so things. But go Bills!! Right??
  24. He also interviewed Marvin Lewis, John Fox, Tom Coughlin and Charlie Weis and decided that Gregg Williams and Mike Mularkey were better. He also brought in studs like Teague, Villarrial, Gandy and Anderson to help out with the offensive line. He also decided that Jeff Posey was such an incredible necessity that he signed him to a multi-year deal at 12:01am on Day 1 of the 2003 free agency period. He also snowed you and everyone else in this town to the extent that season-ticket sales reached the level at which they had been during the Super Bowl years. Also, you might not have picked the right day to include Adams, Fletcher, Clements and Schobel in your argument for the man. I refuse to lump players like M. Williams, Reed, Milloy and Bledsoe in here...at the time that said players were acquired I don't think many Bills fans disagreed. All I know is that this team is an absolute disaster. An embarassment. Garbage. A mess. They have not won a single meaningful road game since Donahoe has been here and their record since his arrival is 30-44. Do the math.
  25. Soooooo...since this really hasn't come up in the national media since Cold Pizza this morning, I guess we can assume that it was only speculation?? By the way...Cold Pizza?!?
