  1. Almost there. Keep striving. Sorry for posting on your message board.
  2. Dumont yes, Pyatt...eh, not so much. Although he did have a hat trick shortly before breaking his wrist!! So that was something. BTW, anyone else shocked that Lindy revealed Pyatt's injury in his post-game press conference that night?? Meanwhile, over there at Candy Land, we've got Costner giving us ambiguous riddles as to exactly what happened to Roscoe Parrish. Sabres = AntiBills
  3. Miller has been cleared to play and is rehabbing with Rochester. Briere made his return to the lineup tonight. Dumont is out until Feb. or March.
  4. That's your issue. Do what you need to do to take care of that. There's a hell of a hockey team in our own backyard folks. Wednesday. Stars. No TV. GO.
  5. Dumb Pats fan
  6. Also a really good point. Plus I'm sure he's got a job at ESPN waiting for him if he doesn't catch on somewhere else.
  7. EXACTLY. And yes, it was Mika who started that SJ game last week. He let in four goals in the 1st pd. and Marty came in for the rest.
  8. I do catch myself feeling bad for Whitey and the coaching staff at times...but then I remember how he managed to turn one of the NFL's proudest franchises into a colossal mess. And then I feel better But seriously, it is kind of sad if you think about it. I was thinking today about what Donahoe's home life must like right now. If you're his kids, what are the other kids saying to you at school? Not to sound corny, but what's Christmas like this year knowing that your job is hanging by a strand of dental floss? I still want him run out on a rail.
  9. Ya know, your rhetoric would be one thing if we were all heartbroken by this loss today. But incase you haven't noticed it's pretty much a Bills bash-fest around here. Thanks for "rubbing it in" Pats fan. Really hurts. Ouch.
  10. Sabres defeat Minnesota 3-2 thanks to Drury's game-winner late in the 3rd. They are now four points back of Ottawa for the division lead. Also, congrats to Marty Biron who racked up his 10th straight win (team record). Unlike the Bills, this team knows how to win on the road (seven straight). They are coming home to play Dallas on Wednesday...this is not a TV game, it's a radio only affair. PLEASE GO. I want to see a decent crowd in that arena.
  11. How's that taste Howie??? Hahaha.
  12. I just got a chance to listen to Donahoe's post-game comments off the website. Wow. I have never, ever heard him like that. I've gotta believe that Whitey received a "talking-to" from Ralph about the PR disaster that was this past week. I also wouldn't be shocked if Whitey has been informed of his departure effective at season's end, as was previously brought up by someone else in another thread.
  13. Maybe the Fox gang reads TSW.
  14. Sounds like you're crusading.
  15. Seriously. Maybe we can bring Big Ben in here 10 years from now.
  16. Week after week after week after week we've heard this come from the HC (again today) and also the GM. If you're constantly as disappointed as we are, maybe you'll want to handle the next player who causes "conduct detrimental to the team" with a little more savvy than you handled Moulds. Maybe next time your GM can keep his cool on his local radio show and not manage to insult the fans. Maybe next time you play the defending SB champs at home you can prep your team to the point where they appear as if they're interested in partaking in an actual NFL game. Maybe.
  17. Haslett is beyond burnt out at the moment. I'll pass.
  18. Wow, thank you Buford. I don't know who you are but I am shocked that you read and remembered that (NFL Live post). You bring up a good point, talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
  19. It would also fill up thousands of boxes at the gates while security confiscates them.
