Hell yes. He had a couple of productive seasons and I know I'm not the only one who remebers the comparisons (in terms of style) to Emmitt Smith coming fast and furious. And hey, if nothing else, Henry was worth a 3rd round pick.

There have been some good (Evans, Jennings, Schobel, Henry, McGee immediately spring to mind) and there have been some real poor ones...(Bannan, Anderson -- this guy was a 3rd rounder??? --, M. Williams and Reed obviously). I'd say Donahoe's draft results have been mixed at best.

They traded Barnes to Dallas for C Mike Ryan, who currently has 6 G and 7 A for Rochester this season. On the exact same day they traded Stu to Dallas, they traded Rob Ray to Ottawa for future considerations and Chris Gratton to Phoenix for...Danny Briere. I'd say that last one has worked out.

Oh definitely, definitely. Miller is THE GUY make no mistake about that. It's just that right now, Biron is the hot hand and I think you have to keep riding that. Logic would dictate that Biron will cool off eventually and won't continue this kind of success for the rest of the season. But yeah, Miller is the guy...he knows that, the team knows it, Marty knows it....etc. Sabres are kinda sitting pretty right now.

Very true however...I honestly wouldn't be shocked if they keep all three. Regier's patience is infamous he was quoted on WGR a few weeks back as saying (paraphrasing here) "With all the goalie injuries around the league, having three might not be a bad thing". Of course this means a PO'ed Mika...personally, I'd rather just as well trade Biron while his stock is soaring and have Miller start and Mika backup. But then the question can be raised, Will they even start Miller once he's done with the Amerks?? That's how well Marty has been playing.
