Whilst flipping around during commercials and slow spots, I noticed that the sound in the Dal-Ten and Car-NO games were also a little off. I don't know what was up with Fox today especially as far as crowd noise goes but it wasn't great.

Obviously. I know I wasn't chalking this up as an automatic loss for the Bills. Minnesota isn't perfect by any means, and it is at home. Mortensen, Jaws and Salisbury all picked Buffalo.

The only good thing about ESPN radio was Tony Kornheiser, and he's long gone. Bob Valvano also used to have a decent late night show, but I think he only does it on the weekends now. Mike & Mike are brutal and Cowherd is insufferable, but for me the absolute worst is the Gamenight crew. Freddie Coleman should not be on the radio.

Scarier yet, does your 17 year old know who Jim Kelly was?? I'm sure he knows who he was, but there's no way he could remember seeing him play. Oh my God, I'm old. I'm only 26.

Not so much lazy as I had already checked out ESPN, Sportsline, SI, and NFL.com...you know, because if something like Rookie of the Month is announced you figured you'd find it on the league's official website. But thanks.

If your publicist is calling 911 because you are feeling groggy and lethargic, and somehow the police and media get "suicide" out of it, you are the world's worst publicist. Just out of curiosity...is this how it's going to be all year? Doesn't matter if they win or lose, Sabres threads are going to be enourmous rants about the logo? King had a lot of nice things to say about the Bills in his column today, mentioning the defense a couple of times, calling them a possible contender, placing them among his "Fine Fifteen" and naming Coy Wire special teams player of the week. I know it seems hard to believe but I don't think Peter King goes out of his way to legitmately bash the Bills. Now Bill Simmons on the other hand...
