Exactly. Obviously, they are going to start losing eventually. They had a couple of sour streaks in the regular season last year and always rebounded nicely with an even better winning/unbeaten streak.
All you have to do is look at the playoffs.
-- They lose two on the road at Philly...instead of getting down, they win the next two in convincing fashion to put the series away.
-- With a chance to sweep, they lose Game 4 against Ottawa at home...instead of getting down, they beat the Sens on the road in Game 5.
-- They fall behind 3-2 in the series to Carolina...they come back and beat those SOBs in Game 6. (And yes, they lost Game 7 but with a full roster, even just four healthy defensemen, blah, blah, etc., etc., who knows?)
There are a couple of guys on this team who won't let their heads get too big and who will pull them out of it when the losing finally comes, not the least of which is their head coach.
