  1. There's no misdirection or mystery about this offense.
  2. If I see Hackett call a running play from a shotgun snap with 3rd and short again, my head will explode.
  3. Hackett's play calling has been abysmal.
  4. If Buffalo doesn't like what Wilfork & Belichick had to say, then they should do something about it. Like winning on Dec. 17th.
  5. Stevie got the job done today. Hats off to him.
  6. Wish the Bills had gone for it on 4th down on their previous possession. If you have the ball in Panthers territory already, why not?
  7. I can't believe that sign made it on tv multiple times, and was never confiscated by security. But I laughed.
  8. Edelman and Amendola made tough catches in crunch time. The difference in the game.
  9. The Bills have to learn how to win, how to close out a team. They aren't there yet. But from what I saw today I'm hopeful about them getting there.
  10. I think what irritates people is that Stevie excels at telling everyone how good he is, but when the game is on the line, well....
  11. Homemade Chili. Tortilla chips. Roasted garlic salsa. Paired with some frosty adult beverages.
  12. So you're saying there are still jerks who judge people solely on appearance?
  13. These anti-vaccine nut jobs are still posting their propaganda on Facebook. Read one this morning going off about flu shots. Idiots.
  14. That mushroom photo is pretty cool.
  15. It's a myth that MDMA is a harmless drug. Taking street drugs is like Russian Roulette. You don't know exactly what you're taking. Meth, PCP, MDA, and Ketamine are some of the drugs that have been found in molly. People who do it regularly have decreased levels of serotonin in their brains. Hyperthermia is a risk. So is a bad reaction if a user is already on anti-depressants. It's sad to read that someone who had their whole lives ahead of them is gone because they took a chance this stuff wouldn't hurt them.
  16. Was he at the airport with George Seifert?
  17. Once known as the dirtiest player in the NFL, Richie Incognito is finally getting his act together in Miami after being treated by doctors with anti-depressant medication, Paxil. He said getting cut by the awful Rams and Bills in 2009 was his big wakeup call. http://www.nfl.com/incognito It's too bad this guy couldn't have gotten his act together before he left Buffalo.
  18. There's alot of circumstantial evidence, and the prime witnesses for the prosecution are criminal drug users who would say anything to get time off their sentences. And they haven't found the murder weapon. Stranger things have happened. (OJ)
  19. Interesting excerpt. And what I learned in the article, which wasn't in other reports, that Belichick had the ex-state trooper who was the head of Pats security replaced in 2003 by someone from England who didn't have the local law enforcement contacts the former chief did. Big mistake on his part. Someone would reported Hernandez' behavior and unsavory associations to the team long before Lloyd's murder if this hadn't happened.
  20. The article in its entirety is now available online: http://www.rollingstone.com/feature/the-gangster-in-the-huddle It was co-written by Paul Solotaroff, a contributing editor to Rolling Stone, and Ron Borges, a columnist at the Boston Herald. Borges has had a contentious relationship with Belichick, and is generally loathed by most Patriots fans. It doesn't surprise me he is the local insider on this article as he has no bridges left to burn with the Patriots organization.
  21. Yeah it makes Kraft look like a rube for saying he had no idea Hernandez was a problem -- or just good at PR spin.
  22. http://itiswhatitis.weei.com/sports/newengland/football/patriots/2013/08/27/report-aaron-hernandez-used-angel-dust-was-one-misstep-away-from-being-cut/ Interesting how this is coming out right after the NFLPA said they would sue the Patriots on behalf of Hernandez for his off-season workout bonus. Just a coincidence I'm sure.
  23. Aaron Hernandez will be formally indicted by grand jury today for murder of Odin Lloyd according to WCVB in Boston.
