IMO Simmons is jumping the gun on Tebow. The media should let Tebow get a few snaps in a live NFL game before giving him a happy ending the Farve Treatment. His hypothetical comments about Bills fans don't bother me. He's made his living being a smartass so I don't take it personally. BTW, if anyone is likely to get drunk and sucker punch people, it's his fellow chowderheads after they watch that Patriots' defense this year.

Similar in that both have a senile owner who can't help but interfere with the decisions of the men he hires to run the football ops.

Pat White was really suited to the Wildcat offense. However, the novelty of that has worn off, and the Dolphins needed a backup with a higher pass completion rate.

I know you shouldn't speak ill of the dead, but frankly Tatum was a scumbag for the way he acted after he crippled Darryl Singley for life, and he was doubly reprehensible for staging an apology to Stingley in the name of selling his book. I hope he never rests in peace.

Personally I would have been happier with a LT, but they finally drafted a lineman instead of another CB or RB so I can't kvetch too much.

This may be the first time I'm saying this, but I agree that they did not let Kiper speak enough. The guy knows relevant facts about almost every player in the draft, but we get comments from the others that are irrelevant or worn-out cliches. Tom Jackson actually said something along the lines of "McClain is a good player, and the Raiders need to draft good players." Well no S*** TJ.

I think that once again the Bills will take a QB in the first round and go for Jimmy Claussen. They will let Edwards take more of a beating until JC is ready to start.
