Today at 1230 NFL Network. Can’t bring myself to call it the MMM. 😞
-
Yep. Messed up.

Where there is smoke….. Dude is a POS. Any other person would have been jailed.

Well spoken, smart kid! Love this signing!

Interesting move. Fields may do well with good coaching, not sure what is Pittsburgh Never rhought the Bears would get a high draft pick for him. Pitt grabs him for a conditional 6th, that converts to a 4th with playing time.

Chiropractic Care Thread. Trust? Opinions or Experiences Please Share

👆 This! #2 Was the guy I went to when I herniated 4 lumbar discs. My doctor didn’t recommend a Chiropractor, and was hesitant when I told her I was going to see someone. The gut had a checkout counter FULL of homeopathic cures in drinks, pills, and whatever else he could sell. My consultation was he hooked me up to some machine that showed I had a “lean” to my right, caused by the herniations. Just the way I stood was enough to see! He worked on me for two sessions a week for a few weeks and I quit doing to him. Pain never got better, and probably a bit worse. Ended up going to PT and they gave me exercises that gave me some relief, and only got better the longer I did them. I still use a few of the exercises when I get lower back pain, usually gives me relief in a day or two. Have only had to see a PT once more in the past 15 years since I originally hurt my back. Took some time and dedication, but the PT was the only way to go. People go to a Chiro for instant relief. Yeah, may crack your back or neck. And you feel better right away, but don’t have the proper techniques and exercises to deal with it at home and provide long term relief. I did have a bad neck and went to a PT a few years ago. Worked with me for about 6 weeks and got great results! Gave me a bunch of exercises that I was able to do at home and have not had any real neck issues since. I would highly recommend a PT. You can go and get enough exercises and do them at home, or go more frequently to the office and do them with them. I went 2 times a week for the first few weeks and then once a week. They teach you proper techniques to use leverage and some strength building to help. YouTube has a ton of videos, but I’d see the PT first and make sure you are doing the exercises properly. -
Fantastic.

Very happy with this. Played very well. Contract very team friendly.

Loved what he brought to the team. Would have loved to keep him, but ok to with him leaving knowing we have AJ back. Hopefully he takes the next step.

Did not expect to resign him. Very happy with this.

Absolutely not. Was not good the last season he was with us. Has not been good for the Steelers.

DT Foley Fatukasi Meeting with Bills Today-Signed by Texans

Bernard played very well last year. Played larger than he is. Milano should be back and hopefully back to close to where he was. Would love to have a strong dline. Remains to be seen who we sign. DaQuan Jones will be missed. -

Can have a weaker defensive line if you have a very good defensive backfield to cover. Weak dbacks and weak defensive line can be painful. -
Poyer and Hyde certainly held down out safety positions very well for many years. Injuries and age have slowed them down a bit lately though. I don’t see a big name FA safety signing. Rapp will start. Maybe a low end costing tier 2 guy along with drafting one, maybe two more. Can get a high priced guy, most likely would be on the cheap this year but would eventually cost. Will miss these guys and what they brought to the team. Wish them both well.

Yup. Injuries happen. As a Bils fan, and fan of Tre, I can feel however I’d like. Pretty sure plenty of others feel the same. -

Was back last season. Unfortunately got injured again. Tre is a baller and great dude. -
just hope we don’t take too many steps back. And don’t think it was the defense that held us back at times.

Been a series of 1 year deals on the line for the last few season. CB is Rasul and Benford starting for sure. Safety will be FA or draft most likely. Defensive line is a concern. Daquan and Epenesa are both loses of we don’t resign. Offense needed the defense to play great last season at many points. Now, the offense looks to be the ones to carry the team. Beane has a plan. Won’t get too freaked out until we get to the first day of training camp.
-
Purged our defensive backfield. Rapp is a FA at this point. Defense was great last season. Right now, not feeling good about it. Beane must have a plan. But dang.
-
Martin must be gone. At least it gives us someone on the team. With the purge today, doubt we spend a draft pick on a punter. Most likely looking at FA to bolster.
