  1. Definitely not as good as before. Prices have gone up considerably. Honestly, Taco Bell is mostly better.
  2. I break mine out usually for a preseason game. Love the jersey! 😁
  3. Played very well last year, CFL MVP. Pretty sure he’s reinstated.
  4. Glaring issues in the middle of the field last season that cost us a game or two. Feel he would have mad a difference if he was playing. Gonna be tough to replace him.
  5. Had a large above ground FantaSea pool that came with the house. 30x15. Great when the kids were young. Once they hit 13-14 years old, they stopped using it. Because of its age and need for repairs, we had it a year or so longer and then took it down. Would have made the repairs but the lack of anyone using didn’t make it worth it. Maintenance was kind of a pain. Hated winterizing and openeing. Unless heated, limited time in WNY to enjoy. Bought my wife a Coleman aluminum frame “pop up” pool. Cheap and actually pretty nice. Had for the next 6 years. Only issue is having to take down when it gets cold. Liner finally gave out and moved on to a hot tub. Hot tub maintenance is pretty easy and can use year round.
  6. How about the hold prior to the pass??
  7. Roku is a streaming device first. Offers a pay for streaming service second. Device only is fairly inexpensive compared to other devices and IMHO has the best interface. Roku device on Amazon Season ticket holders. Email was sent out last week.
  8. I got rid of DirecTV and have Roku and Amazon Fire TV for YouTube TV. It really isn’t difficult. Roku is a great device and can do all your pay for apps like Netflix, Disney and such. Roku is actually a pretty inexpensive device. It does work great on iPhone and iPad.
  9. I watch on my Roku devices and Amazon devices. Samsung doesn’t have an app. Can be wonky at times, but works well.
  10. I love it. Don’t tape the game anymore, stream off the app. Also lets you see games from years ago (forgot the cutoff). Worth $60.
  11. Looks like it’ll be 25 yard line or so when returned, maybe a little more. As long as the receiving team blocks well, shouldn’t get less than that. Only kickoff that looked to be a problem was at the 50 second mark. Bottom of the screen blocker whiffed and blocked further downfield letting the edge guy stick the returner at the 20. Not a poor return, but if the receiving team holds their blocks returns should be just enough. Incidentally there was a flag on the play and not sure what it was for. Gonna be weird playing Madden on kickoffs now.
  12. Patch one hole, open another. As far as using minimal software, end users are most likely going to want every option available to them. As well as some network engineers. As far as Windows 3.1. It does look like Southwest uses it. My inclination would be 3.1 is being used due to a legacy reservation system. Surprises me the Microsoft hasn’t closed that hole, specifically there most likely isn't licensing opportunities by Microsoft on legacy systems rendering them unsupported. Doesn’t explain why the backend was unaffected by Crowdstrike unless they simply don’t use the product.
  13. Im sure there is someone, somewhere still using 3.1. Hopefully it’s a joke about Southwest. Massive security risk.
  14. That was my hope. More for his character and backup than a starter. Interesting pick up. Wonder where they see the depth problem? Edit: As stampede mentioned, Mike Edwards out with hammy. Edward’s injury
  15. It’s not quite the “magic pill”, but close. I’ve thought about it. Hopefully it would give me the motivation to keep on track once stopped. What’s stopping me is the side effects. Need to consider those. drugs.com list of four Constipation Nausea Dizziness Diarrhea Fatigue Abdominal pain Hypoglycemia Allergic reaction Bloating Flatulence Gallstones Headache Tachycardia Thyroid cancer Blurred vision Heartburn Burping Pancreatitis Stomach inflammation Chronic gastrointestinal issues Dehydration and kidney problems Diabetic retinopathy Dysphagia Kidney damage
  16. Probably not. That’s what he pays his agent to do. Insane numbers for a guy who hasn’t done anything yet. Regardless, Josh will get paid. My concern? Just made cap space for next season to be flexible and add a piece or two. Adding 12 million or so will cripple this teams cap again. Would be great if the top one or two contracts on a team didn’t count fully against the cap. Would probably push top contracts even higher though, so not a realistic solution.
  17. Heartbreaking to see her like this. Such a strong woman.
  18. We also did a cruise there. Beautiful area. Especially in the fall! Peggy’s Cove is a must. Couple interesting facts. Halifax was pivotal in the rescue/recovery efforts regarding the Titanic. Many of the dead were buried in Halifax, survivors were brought there and many ended up staying for some time. Titanic connection Halifax was also the site of the largest man made explosion at the time in 1917. Couple of ships with collided in the harbor that caused the massive explosion. Halifax explosion
  19. Got a 6am call our networks were down across our health system and needed to get to the clinic ASAP. Needed to decide if we were canceling patients for the day or ride it out until we couldn’t. Ended up canceling long treatments as shorter ones were able to get done. Our IT had to touch every PC on the system as has been documented elsewhere. Fully up and running 1230/1:00. Makes you think how an unintentional bug like this brought down computers worldwide, what could they do if it was intentional?
  20. Love going to games. It’s about the total experience - tailgating, people watching, huge crowd going nuts, ability to see the whole play and how it develops from the upper deck, high fives/hugs with strangers after a great play! Tough part? Disconnect from what’s going on - injuries, benched players, etc. Nothing better than a home game playoff game. Atmosphere is off the hook! It does make me enjoy watching from home a bit also. It is a long day going to games and it’s nice on away games to sit, watch, listen. Has a different feel from home knowing what’s going on all plays, replays, controversial plays.
  21. Joe Montana. Niners started to get good just as I started to like to watch football. Bills were not good yet and it was easy to like the guy.
  22. RIP Donald. Animal house, JFK, Italian Job, Space Cowboys, Invasion of the body snatchers were all good. Loved his character in Kelly’s Heroes the best!
  23. My favorite sports moment with my son was watching him wrestle in his first meet. He was a freshman on the varsity team because the varsity guy had a bum knee. He was wrestling a senior who had done very well in sectionals the year before. It was about 2/3 through the match and my son was getting a bit tired. Other guy looked to be getting him in a pin. My son got a burst, reversed him and pinned him for the win! Entire gym erupted, all his teammates flooded the floor. It was awesome! Never left the Varsity team after that. My favorite Bills moment with him? Called me out of the blue to ask if I wanted season tickets with him.
  24. I love our team. I wish we had gotten to a Super Bowl with Josh by now, but I love our players! I can’t respect a team that has been to, or won a Super Bowl with that many dirt bags on the team, or their family members are dirt bags.
  25. Got mine today. Have to do it from a computer. Tried on my phone, couldn’t get the pass added. Called home, got my wife on the computer. Done in a few minutes. Yes, emails sent to those who asked. I believe only to those who purchased passes last season. Call your rep, they can fire off an email for you.
