  1. Agreed. It’s like the refs spotted it where the Titans defender started to breathe on the the Bills WR. But in regards to the Green Bay game, shouldn’t the ball have been spotted where the recoverer ended up since it was a fumble? They spotted it where he first touched the ball as if he was downing it. Makes no sense.
  2. That’s where ref not getting it right on field cost Green Bay 4 points.
  3. Or the players can stop committing penalties. That was an obvious call. As was the hold on Bills TD return. Complete lack of discipline.
  4. Whaddya know… a block in the back on a return. How do these guys keep their jobs. There was no way the ref wasn’t gonna see it.
  5. Yep. And it’s a great negotiating tactic for Pegula and the NFL. If the state, county, and city want it somewhere else Pegula and NFL can say we ain’t paying more than what we would’ve contributed for Orchard Park stadium. Really quite brilliant. Pegula and NFL have effectively capped their contribution. And will be happy with any new stadium.
  6. Would Orchard Park even be in consideration for a new stadium if Wilson didn’t decide to put one there 50+ years ago? As much as we owe to Ralph, I’m sure it was put in Orchard Park because it was the cheapest and easiest option for him to get a new stadium.
  7. Seems like it’s a scheme/play-calling thing. Goal last 3+ years has been to tailor the offense to make sure Josh developed. And rightfully so. Now I think they need to pivot to a little more power running.
  8. If that’s the position he’s gonna take, Houston will never trade him. Watson is already toxic. In order to generate any kind of market, he’ll have to be willing to go anywhere. Otherwise, it makes no sense for Houston to trade him for next to nothing.
  9. I don’t think Watson is in a position to veto anything. And I can’t see a team trading for him unless it’s 20 cents on the dollar, meaning no way anybody gives up a 1st rounder for him.
  10. Just give the ball to Taylor. Wentz could/should have 4 picks already.
  11. Never ceases to amaze me how bad DB’s are at turning their head around on the deep ball.
  12. There’s no way Gettelman is trading Barkley. He might as well waive a white flag and pack his bags if that happens. Only chance Gettelman keeps his job is if Jones shows something rest of year and trading Barkley doesn’t help that.
  13. Except for the Bills. Which tells me it’s a scheme/blocking issue as much as anything.
  14. Not sure I’ve ever seen offensive PI on an uncatchable ball. Tells you how bad the pass was.
  15. Battle of noodled arm QB’s. Who’s gonna get one of their WR’s killed first?
  16. Time for Lock. At least he can throw the ball through a paper bag.
  17. I think another Tight End is a no brainer whether that is somebody like Engram, Ebron or Hurst. Doesn’t matter. Now that Knox has become an offensive weapon, getting 2 Tight Ends on the field would make this offense almost un-stoppable. Teams cannot cover Sanders and Diggs. 2 Tight Ends in max protect and also the ability to run routes… good luck stopping that. I’d rather have an extra Tight End on the field than Beasley or Davis.
  18. Sanders looked like a #1 WR on Monday night. He was a great addition. If this offense could run the ball successfully in the red zone, we’d be unstoppable.
  19. As an aside, how can Ford not crack the starting lineup on this OL? I’m fine trading him for anything at this point. Engram for Ford would make sense for both teams.
  20. Time for Beane to go for it. Can’t see us winning a Lombardi without improving the running game.
