I’d play Winston over Wilson if they don’t wanna start Dart right away. Wilson has been cooked for a couple years. Afraid to take hits and checks down the second he feels pressure.

I think Shenault finds a way onto the 53 man roster. Kick returns are gonna be a much bigger part of the game with the new 35 yard line touchback rule. He’s clearly our best kick returner and worth an extra 4-5 yards every return over our next best option. Cam Lewis can be the 6th CB and backup safety.

Bosa looked awesome on Saturday. That should help everybody on the D Line. If he stays healthy, we haven’t had a dude like that since Mario or maybe the 11 games before Von tore his ACL

Just seems like McDermott prefers his pass rushers to be conservative and always stay in their lane. Sometimes you gotta turn guys loose especially on 3rd down. Phillips was one of the few guys McDermott gave a longer leash to just get after the QB.

Sticking with guys like Specter even though they’ve shown to be huge liabilities when given the chance to step up is one of McDermott’s achilles heels. Loyalty is an admirable quality but not when trying to win a championship.

Im hoping his floor is Jordan Phillips. Phillips wasn’t asked to do much more than shoot gaps and get in the backfield. Doubt McDermott will ask him to do more than that as a rookie.

Give him $12m on a 1 year deal and promise not to franchise tag him next year. Find his replacement in the draft next year. Beane isn’t dumb enough to give Cook $15m over multiple years.

Beane would be negligent not to make jerry an offer. Would probably have to include Cook in any trade package. Cook, Bosa, and 2 first rounders for Parsons and one of their RB’s.

The key for him will be when theres actually refs throwing flags because he couldn’t cover here without grabbing.

Tasker obviously 1st, but Christie would be 2nd for me. He was by far our best kicker in the 40 years I’ve followed the team. Kickers are also way more valuable than punters in my opinion. Moorman was a great punter but we would’ve lost just as many games with an average punter.

90% of guys who make these type of comments clearly didn’t learn their lesson about why they were failures at their old team. It takes a hard look in mirror and being humble about why you failed.

I’d rather see what palmer, moore, and 2nd year Coleman have, but I wouldn’t be against signing Davis as a vet minimum insurance policy in case of injuries. Doubt Gabe would be interested in that role but he’s made enough money the last 14 months that he can pick where he wants to be and not worry about money. Vrabel relishes being a troll so Gabe could probably shake the Pats down for some good money if that floats his boat too.

i like Jackson’s upside. Same with Walker. They have physical traits to help right away in spot duty, but they both seem a couple years away from reaching their potential hence why they lasted as long as they did. expecting a 3rd rounder to be a monster is asking for disappointment.

He’s a younger Jordan Phillips and we know Mcdermott loves him some Jordan Phillips. A handful of plays a year where he absolutely blows up the O Line and makes a game changing play. That’s what i’m expecting. Anything more than that is gravy for a 4th round pick.

No idea if these guys will pan out, but love the draft strategy so far.
