  1. Our CB’s are incapable of getting a hand on the ball.
  2. Just seems like these coaches push all the wrong buttons. why no Hines? cook personally blew up the last 2 drives.
  3. I’m starting to lean towards he’s not playing because Tre doesn’t think his play is up to his standard yet. Seems like a perfectionist type guy.
  4. Mcdermott can’t go more than 2 interviews without throwing throwing gasoline on the ‘Tre’s afraid to play’ fire.
  5. Sucks but I can’t see White being much of a factor for us this year given the reluctance legit or not to get him on the field. He’s far enough out from his injury that the 358th day vs the 365th day post injury is meaningless despite what some quack doctor or agent might be telling him. If he wanted to be active on game days he would be given all our injuries. I have zero faith that on the 365th day a switch is gonna go off and he’s gonna suddenly be ready to go.
  6. This is clearly a delicate situation. From the player’s perspective, you don’t pay me more for coming back before I feel 100% and if I get hurt again you sure as hell aren’t compensating me for coming back before I felt completely ready. From the team perspective, we’re paying you a lot of money and every week you remain out it hurts our ultimate goal of getting home field advantage and winning a super bowl. At some point though, you’d hope a guy would get out there for his teammates especially with all the injuries in the secondary.
  7. The injuries in the Back 7 are probably 80% of the reason. The other 20% is wasting $6m per year on special teams only players like Neal and Matekevich instead of quality backups.
  8. The emphasis on special teams versus quality depth is a legit complaint. I also think the Kelce/Mahomes combo is just better than Josh/Diggs combo. Other than that, I’m not sure what else the front office can do and there’s really nothing they can do in regards to Kelce/Mahomes being the best out there.
  9. Most likely sickening. Mahomes pulls these out more often than not.
  10. Yep. So many weak slides even when diving head first would result in 1st down.
  11. I take no pleasure in another fanbase’s misery. Tells you how bad our defense is without Poyer, Milano, and White.
  12. How many of those passes even get thrown if there’s a fear of getting picked off? Hyde, Poyer, and White were ballhawks. Now we’re down to Poyer when he’s not injured.
  13. The AFC playoff race is basically down to 9 teams for 7 spots. Kind of amazing with this many weeks left in the regular season.
  14. Completely agree. McDermott could shut this talk down immediately. He almost seems to be feeding it.
  15. Agreed. And honestly, pressure from the fanbase might do some good here.
  16. Seems like a recent trend for ACL injuries. Young in Washington going through same thing. Jamal Murray in hoops. Must be some new research out there that agents are feeding their clients. Will be real interesting to see how this effects the OBJ market.
  17. Brady is a sanctimonious D-Bag. He only cared about Brown to the extent it was gonna help him win another Super Bowl. I’m sure he’s reached out to Bown since then to see how he’s doing.
  18. Great point about the Davis motion giving away the snap timing. A smart staff that can think on its feet would’ve put Davis in motion and had josh do a hard count when Davis got behind Josh. Would’ve almost certainly drawn the vikings Offside. McDermott is elite at game preparation, but sub-par at snap decisions. Best evidence of that is his challenge record.
  19. We don’t win close games.
  20. this team is a friggin mess right now. I don’t gamble and I doubt I’d be able to bet against Bills if I did, but right now the Bills are easy pickings. Vegas models don’t account for a team in collapse very well until a lot of money starts piling up on one side.
  21. yep. That’s what I said above. There’s no downside to trying to draw them Offside at least once. And probably a better than 70% chance the Vikings would’ve jumped. And even if they don’t, it makes them think twice about jumping the snap. McDermott hasn’t shown the ability to think on his feet. Josh hasn’t for that matter either.
  22. Fair enough, but Josh is yet to show the ability to play disciplined ball control offense even when the situation calls for it. My guess is you’d get a slightly better Cam Newton in the hoodie’s offense.
  23. If I remember correctly, it was Josh who really wanted Dorsey as OC. McDermott sounded lukewarm about it publicly.
  24. You gotta be kidding me. It comes with the territory. Mr. $40m per year Hollywood QB has gotta stop puking games away.
