  1. Josh needs to take off and run. They’re giving him 7-8 yards
  2. That was Ingram. Dude better have a broken leg. That was beyond weak. Could cost them the game. Would’ve at worst took another 2 minutes off the clock. All he had to do was limp forward another half yard. Nobody was near him.
  3. I’d say the NFL consistently calls that incomplete so Poyers play was called correctly, but exceptions need to be made to the ‘going to the ground’ rule when the ground is that far out of bounds.
  4. It was the right call the way the rule has been interpreted but he lost control outside the white Out-of-Bounds line. That should be considered out of the field of play and be an exception to the going to the ground rule. He clearly had control up until that point.
  5. ‘Going to the ground’ becomes a very grey area when the Receiver/interceptor goes out of bounds. What if he landed on the Bills Coach that was right by him? What if a Bills player on bench held him up and prevented him going to the ground? What if an opposing team player on sidelines didn’t get out of Poyer’s way? The reason it was ruled an interception on the field is because he went to the ground so far out of bounds the refs didn’t see the bobble.
  6. This. The rule has to be adjusted for playing going out of bounds. Camera-men, cheerleaders, walls, Chain gang, coaches, players on sidelines… there’s too many things out of the field of play to enforce the rule for a player going out of bounds.
  7. The interesting thing is that his momentum took him into the bench area when he hit the ground. What if he made contact with a player on sidelines before he hit ground? If that’s the rule, shouldn’t an opposing sideline try to separate the ball from an opposing receiver/interceptor if their momentum brings them into their sideline?
  8. Edmunds has played well this year, but it can also be true that his backups are terrible. Paying him more than Milano would be a crime.
  9. Actually saw Hocculi tell Josh the Pats weren’t gonna call timeouts.
  10. i thought Rousseau was excellent. Very disruptive. Got a lot of pressure. Plus his length and alertness was causing problems for Jones on all their underneath stuff on his side of field. He’s really developing into a difference maker.
  11. I got no problem at all with Hamlins hit. The WR dipped his head and Hamlin was going for the ball. It’s the right call but not sure what Hamlins supposed to do there. Saved 4 points and took another minute off clock. As a Bills fan, no lead is ever safe.
  12. Yep. And this was best I’ve seen us converting short yardage situations that I can remember.
  13. Use Hart as an extra OL. Run the ball and go max protect when we pass.
  14. You can’t lose yards on that run. So soft. Get back to LOS and it’s 2nd and goal from the 5.
  15. Let’s hope that doesn’t include whiffing on a block and getting Diggs killed.
  16. You do realize there’s usually at least 5-6 defenders standing by the coach with their helmets on waiting to run on field in case their number is called for the next play.
  17. This is hilarious. Kudos to that guy for blending in. Here’s a question… if you start the play with 10 guys on field, can a guy run onto field after ball is snapped?
  18. 16 games with 2 byes (18 weeks for TV purposes) was probably the way to go.
  19. Good call going with Klein. He’s a step slow and can’t even catch a gift from Goff.
