Seems like there’s just as many star WR’s coming out of the 2nd round as the 1st. I’d rather get more bites at the apple and not waste any of our top 4 or 5 draft picks trading up. Rookies rarely put you over the edge.

Please don’t trade up in the 1st round for a WR in a draft supposedly full of WR talent. Seems like 2nd round has been the higher hit rate for WR anyway. Go BPA at 22, and then I’d be fine moving up in the 2nd round for a WR if BPA isn’t a WR at 22.

We need explosive playmakers on offense. I don’t think it matters whether it’s a RB, WR, or TE. Get more guys who can make big plays when they touch the ball.

If the 3 years $43m option had no guarantees, what is the point of even putting it into a contract? Theoretically, griffin could’ve opted in and then the Vikings could’ve cut him the next day.

I don’t know. Diggs is a good player but a lot of these receivers get their big contract then become complete headcases which may or may not be the case with him. If this Receiver draft class is as good as advertised, I’d rather draft one early than trade a high draft pick for Diggs. A rookie WR will give you at least 4 good years to get that big contract before they turn crazy.

This has Patriots written all over it. Not sure Josh is ready to handle a diva receiver at this point in his career.

I can’t really blame Bledsoe for being pissed about Bills drafting Losman. Losman was a cocky immature kid that ran his mouth and was also terrible. Trubisky with more turnovers.

$15m is definitely steep for Phillips, but it’s not my money and there’s no way we won’t be well under the cap. If he and Shaq truly want to stay, I’d do what I could to keep them. I’d rather over-pay my own guys than free agents. But it’s not smart to let good players go with no guarantees you’ll be able to replace them in free agency especially considering our current cap situation.

Not saying it’s gonna happen, but all of us who’ve been Bills fans the past 25 years know a franchise that’s a mess when we see one. Trading Bosa is like us trading Peters or raiders trading Mack. Takes a special kind of dysfunction and that’s what I see out of the Chargers.

What’s fair for an elite 25 year old pass rusher? Something slightly less than what raiders got for Mack... 1st and 5th this year. Swap 2nd rounders with them this year. 3rd next year that can escalate to a 2nd.

Gonna take more than their 2nd rounder to go from 6 to 3 and leapfrog Dolphins. I’m sure Bills would be happy to take Bosa off their hands and give Chargers the draft capital they need to get Tua.

I’d make a run at Robby Anderson. He has big play ability and think his production was hampered by the Jets QB situation. I also like that he’s not a primadonna. Maybe he is too similar to Brown and will cost too much, but I’d be in on that.

I think it’s more about bad blood between chargers and Bosa. I can’t see him not holding out without a long term deal. Chargers can get value for him now or have him sit out until week 10 and see him walk next year for nothing. I guess they could do this dance again next year with the franchise tag, but why not take the draft picks now.

I like Burrow but I don’t think he’s good enough to pass up 3 first rounders and still be able to land Tua or Herbert. At this time last year, most people were laughing at the thought of Kyler Murray going number 1.

True but Bosa is elite and a process guy. We’re gonna have to overpay for one of the free agent edge rushers who’s not as good as Bosa. He’s good enough and young enough to consider it.

Joey Bosa most likely sits out without a new deal. I don’t he’d cost what Mack did, but I’d pursue it if I were Beane.

Goff is a poor man’s Garoppolo, and Garoppolo just showed he’s never winning a Super Bowl no matter how good his supporting cast is. Rams keep chasing high priced non-QB pieces to compensate for their $30m per year QB.
