  1. Interesting he was willing to trade up for Moss. Going up 7 picks from 89 would’ve most likely cost our 5th rounder. If Beane was willing to part with a 5th, we could see a move to the top of the 4th with our 5th rounder.
  2. What happens if it’s Eason?
  3. Ravens type pick in a good way.
  4. I don’t see a RB moving the needle for this offense unless he’s also a big threat in the passing game. You gotta throw the ball and score points to win championships. Diggs was an excellent get, but him alone isn’t taking our passing game to the championship level. Our defense is close to championship level. Singletary plus a vet upgrade over Gore and Josh’s ability to use his legs is adequate in the running game. If there isn’t a Kittle or Kelce in this draft at TE, get me a big dynamic WR like Pittman or Claypool.
  5. There’s a couple teams in front of us that don’t have 4th, 5th, or 6th round picks. I could see Beane giving up day 3 picks to go get his guy. I think the 3rd rounder is off limits.
  6. The ginger mullet kid with the moustache was funny. But is every ex Patriot a gigantic tool? It was pretty awesome that the NFL was able to pull last night off. That’s just Vrabel being a giant d-bag. There’s no way he didn’t condone that.
  7. It’s possible Digg’s brother is BPA at 54. Anybody else wondering how that would actually work out in the locker room? I suppose it could be a positive. Could also be a giant negative.
  8. Wow. Ballsy pick by the Packers.
  9. Teams are not paying very much to trade up.
  10. Miami must really not have a strong liking for Tua. Detroit most definitely would’ve got Okudah at 5.
  11. Completely agree. Alabama’s offense was night and day after Tua took over for Hurts.
  12. I’ll go AFC East. Kraft with his Putin/Russian ties.
  13. Simmons. What’s his best position? Weary of these types. Edmunds dropped to 16, was bigger, and had NFL bloodlines.
  14. Detroit must be sitting back and laughing. First Miami liked Herbert better. Then it was they were going up to 3 for an OT. Now it’s they were going up to 3 for a package to get Burrow.
  15. The problem the Dolphins have is the same problem Cleveland had for about 5 years. You have potentially 8 picks in the top 50 of the next 2 drafts. You can’t develop and assimilate that many good young players into a team and even if you could, you can probably only afford to re-sign 4 or 5 of them at most. I’d give up one of my extra firsts this year to make sure I get Tua. Then if I have to move up from 18 for an OT, I can do that too. I wouldn’t sit back and make 4 picks in the top 36 based on what falls to me.
  16. Huh?... did Jax exercise Fournette’s 5th year option too?
  17. love how he has to add in a “That’s real”.
  18. This is such a bad smokescreen by Miami that if I’m Detroit I smell the desperation and I’m asking for more trade comp. Now Washington wants in on the shakedown. Problem with Miami is they have so much draft capital and the Herbert stuff is nonsense. It’s like walking into a Used Car dealership with hundred dollar bills falling out of your pockets.
  19. Seriously. Embarrassing to even put your name on some of this stuff. I guess this is Rapoport taking one for the team so he can keep getting info. Rapoport: “Dude, nobody’s gonna believe it.”; Miami GM : “Report it or we won’t give you any more info.”; Rapoport : “Yes, sir.”
  20. Sucks when the employees are collateral damage of bad management. Just incredibly dumb to decide after year 8 that now you want to run a sustainable business. That should’ve been the goal from the get go. Luckily I’m a football fan and not much of a hockey fan and it’s almost impossible to lose money running an NFL franchise.
  21. Miami is trading with Detroit. They’re probably waiting to make sure Washington takes Young. Detroit and Giants too eager to trade down to take the chance of hoping Tua is there at 5.
  22. I feel bad for their employees. Sounds like years of mis-management. Does Mrs. Pegula have a business background?
  23. Terrell Lewis - Will be 2 years removed from ACL injury. Seems like Alabama asked him to stay home a lot. When he was allowed to pin his ears back and rush the QB, he looked like Clowney at times. I think he will be a better pro than college player. Crazy potential.
  24. Wouldn’t surprise if only 1 RB is off the board by our pick at 54. Too many good players in this draft and RB’s are devalued. Mama’s don’t let your boys grow up to be Running Backs.
